  Very Nice

  Great room, friendly staff, nice complex. The entire hotel is very clean and up to date. One of the more upscale places I've stayed. Breakfast is not included in the stay but you can order from the bistro on-site. They even have Starbucks. We will definitely stay again.

  Decent Stay

  We just checked out from our stay for nearby shopping and a Mom & Dad getaway. The front desk was GREAT upon check in, super friendly! Our room was clean and we were happy. Our complaint is that part of this trip was for us to get some rest away from work and kids and to sleep in. We were only there for one night so imagine our surprise when housekeeping began knocking at 10:00am, waking us up. Not only were we only there for the night, but this was also within an hour of check out, why would we need housekeeping? It pretty much ruined our whole morning, so we checked out immediately. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful, amenities were plentiful and the front desk staff was outstanding.

  Over all good with some issues

  Overall, this is a very nice and clean hotel. Very upset fitness room closed but thats Covid. Some outlets in room were to loss to plug things in. The biggest problem I had was with the little store at the front desk area. My wife amd I really wanted a drink (not alcohol). There is no drink machine so went to the little area at front desk where things are sold. I grabbed a 20oz bottle of Diet Pepsi. He said it would be $4. WTF!! I told him forget it. Why would a company rip off its customers like that. We are business owners and I could not sleep at night if I was robbing/screwing customers like that. Just so ridiculous. NO EXCUSE. So ended up drinking faucet water! So

  Clean nice staff

  The room, lobby and hotel grounds were clean and inviting. The staff was pleasant. They could not accommodate an early check in. The hotel parking lot certainly didn't appear as though the hotel was full, not sure I believe them. Coffee??? Why do I have to pay for Starbucks coffee? I don't even like Starbucks, especially at those prices. I miss the complimentary hotel lobby coffee Courtyard...are you listening? One cup of hot fresh coffee goes a long way. In room coffee with powder creamer is of no interest to me.

  Clean

  The hotel itself was clean and has modern upgrades. The room however did not have a microwave, the fridge barely worked, the AC unit give the room a dusty odor every time it cranked on & the bedsheets were itchy on my skin. Luckily we had a one night stay.
