  Very high speed internet available. Lobby and room. All sites and services. Yes. All. Brrakfest rich and good coffee. All services asked prompt received. Not all staff vety well in english. But enough or switch to another. Staff helpfull. Location 25 min from train station. Rest little far.

  Jet Lag- no early breakfast

  breakfast supposed to be served at 6am however the restaurant itself is opened, but besides fruit and yogurt are ready, nothing else, not even fried eggs, congee are ready as of 6:15. wanted to have a coffee while waiting but coffee machines are out of water..... no one seems to care. why bother open this early??

  Wonderful hotel in south side of city

  The hotel is away from the traditional commercial hub of Changsha. Close to the new State Government offices and the new High Speed Rail station (Changsha South) I thought it would be cumbersome to travel up to the north part of the city but in fact there is an expressway (gao jia that proved to be quite useful in getting from the south side to the north side. I would say the traffic was not bad - quite acceptable - given the travel distance. The hotel itself was opened about 2 years ago I am told. A pleasant surprise, the front desk clerks were fluent in Cantonese. Seeing that Was from Hong Kong, they greeted me and helped me check in all in Cantonese. The staff were all very polite and courteous. I had booked an Executive Floor room for just 1 night which was very comfortable. It was quite spacious and had a nice city view. The room was very up to date as there were ample plugs as well as USB sockets to charge my various devices. Very convenient! I was able to use the Executive Lounge which was well stocked with soft drinks, coffee, tea and some light snacks 24 hours a day. Breakfast the next day was also well done except that the Changsha noodles I thought were a bit bland. Other than that minor complaint, the rest of the spread was what is typically offered at a well appointed hotel. Checkout was smooth and the trip to the high speed rail station was only about a 30 minute taxi ride. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

  Perfect stay in Changsha

  I stayed here for 4 nights to visit friends in Changsha. The hotel has a perfect location in the south of the town. The rooms are very spacious, a big bed with a very comfortable matraca and pillows to choose. Nice bathroom with a rainforest shower, nice smities, cosy bathrobes and towels. The maid who cleaned the room did a great job. Small but nice gym and a executive lounge. The breakfast was outstanding, rich, egg dishes freshly cooked infront of you on request. Great selection of bread and pastrys and a good coffee (from Swiss coffee machine). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only critic is that most of thrm, except the front office doesn't speak english which is for a American hotel chain a no go. Anything else perfect and I will definitely stay here again when I'm back.

  Usual good Marriott service

  The hotel is pretty standard. Rooms are clean and well laid out. The property feels new and well maintained. Staff were helpful and positive. All in all a good place to stay and very good service. Location is good with lots of eating places nearby.
