  Hotel normal

  Hotel muy normalito con habitaciones sin grandes cosas a destacar. Desayuno buffet sin gran variedad, exactamente el mismo todos los días. El Restaurante Bistro con carta limitada pero la comida está aceptable. El personal es atento y ofrece buen servicio al cliente. La calidad de la wifi es bastante buena.

  Imposible Dormir

  Pase algunos días en el hotel, el ruido de la calle y los pasillos es muy molesto, la comida pésima , pedí una hamburguesa y llego en taja pan, la limpieza de la habitación no es muy buena. No lo recomiendo! :(

  Stay before sports tournament

  I do NOT recommend this hotel. Its dirty and they dont have enough parking so I had to park down the street. I didnt even get an apology from the staff! They charge $13 for a breakfast that is free everywhere else and hide the coffee in the back so you think you have to pay for it in the morning (instead of putting it on the table where it was the night before)! Very disappointed in this hotel, we thought we would be okay because its a Marriott.

  Clean hotel, ok value

  I came to town for a nearby swim meet with my family. We got a comfortable room on the 4th floor, quiet and spacious enough. Other hotels in the area offer free parking and breakfast buffets. Here, parking is $10 and breakfast isnt included, though the Starbucks cafe in the lobby has fast, friendly service.

  Stared strong ended poorly

  We checked in and everything looked nice. It was about 9:30 so thats probably why. Holes in the walls in our room and the slider to the balcony would not open. In the bathroom there was peeling paint and a hole in the shower. All night until around 1:30 (when I was finally able to sleep) there was banging coming from who knows where. In the morning room service came knocking at 8:30 to see if we had checked out to clean our room, check out isnt till noon! The elevators had finger prints all over them and clearly hadnt been wiped down since the night before, over 12hrs. At check out I was told I was being charged $10 to park in their parking lot and that there was coffee available. As a coffee lover I walked over to find probably one of the grossest stations Ive ever seen and wish I had taken a picture but I was grossed out. There was cream and sugar crusted all over with flys crawling on top. We just left and figured we would be done with it. Guess again. We are an hour into our drive home and stop for...you guessed it, coffee. I realize I have lost my wallet. I call the hotel and ask to find out that they have it. I ask if they can over night it to me. The lady says yes but it wont go out till tomorrow and they only use FedEx. I say thats fine and thank her. She confirms my address and asks me for a credit card for shipping charges. I remind her that she has my wallet, with my cards in it. She informs me that she can not go into it. We then go back and fourth for a few minutes on the phone about using the card I used for the room and other options and I was told that she will have to speak to a supervisor. 2 hours later Im home from a crappy stay, minus my wallet, with no clue on when or if Im going to get it back. We will not be staying there again
