  Just fine for business

  I was here for one night for business. The pros were as always there is a Starbucks. It does not open until 7am however. I always like the breakfast menu especially the egg white fritatta. Plenty to eat locally, in the same lot with Macaroni Grill and another chain. Staff was lovely and the lobby was very inviting to lounge or have a drink ( closed early). Room was clean, but noisy from outside and there was no way to control the heat which was way too hot. I found the linens to be very stiff and not fresh smelling but the bed was comfortable. Overall it was just fine, no real issues but nothing really stood out to me other than the lovely Christmas tree in the lobby, well done !

  Great Choice!

  Stayed at this hotel June 14-17 was absolutely pleased with the front-desk personnel and the cleanliness of rooms! Room/Bathroom were spotless upon entering. Bathroom was clean to a T. You must venture to the First-Watch for breakfast if you stay here! Quick 30sec drive.. Amazinggg food & service!! Will be staying here again for sure in the near future!!!

  Acceptable Stay

  During Vivid 19, hotel stays are difficult. The desk person was very helpful and friendly. However, the room had no housekeeping, beds not made up, had to request clean towels. We accepted this and made do. We ordered food from Panera Bread which worked out very well.

  Keeping Me Safe and Healthy Is Their Number One Priority

  I scheduled a tour with The Director of Sales and Marketing because I was looking for a hotel for my friends and I to spend a weekend together since weve been cooped inside the house since the pandemic began. After touring the Courtyard Raleigh North, I can say with the utmost confidence that they are making their guests safety a priority. To begin with, they place hand sanitizer packages in every guest bathroom. The Director also informed me that no one enters your room during your entire stay. Instead, you have the option of having your items placed at your door in a plastic bag or you can pick them up at the front desk. Furthermore, the hotel has recently implemented an extra safety precaution which allows you to scan the QR code from the tv so you can use your personal phone as a tv remote. Simply put, theres no need to touch the tv remote at all during your entire stay. The most impressive part of my tour was when I observed the General Manager using a disinfecting machine to sanitize the hotel lobby. He also uses the same device to sanitize each and every guest room. After touring the Courtyard Marriott Raleigh North, I didnt even bother visiting any other hotels. Instead, I contacted my friends and assured them that I found the perfect location for our weekend getaway. In closing, thank you, Marriott, for making your guests safety and health a priority. In the future, I will encourage my colleagues to stay at this hotel when they visit the Raleigh area.

  My neice and I stayed at Courtyard Marriott while making arrangements for my sisters burial. The staff was very professional and went out of their way to help us in dealing with our grief. Hotel seemed to be quite busy and our neighbors got noisy a couple times. However, management addressed the issues quickly.
