  Not the Best Courtyard

  This a big Courtyard Hotel, which had a rather tired urban feel about it. Not the most personable service. Mostly underground parking, at a $10 cost. No free breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. OK for an en-route stop, but weve stayed in nicer Courtyards.

  Good Marriott For Price

  Received a great price for this stay on the Marriott website. Our two nights had breakfast was included. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Hey, they serve Starbucks coffee, that is a total plus! The hotel had a decent menu to choose from. Obviously, the wait time becomes longer toward the end of the ordering window. Otherwise, the food was quickly served. The breakfast was an order at the counter, they make it, and serve it. Not a buffet. There were many options to choose from. From full breakfast, a la carte items and vegan/ vegetarian options. The room was clean and well appointed fir the price. It was quiet, the bed comfortable and had a space for desk use. The bathroom was clean and carried Paul Mitchell toiletry items. The parking is not the best at this hotel. Most is underground spaces, which are very narrow. There are a few outdoor spaces that you are allowed to park in, first come first serve. We chose to park outdoors. Theres a covered space that you can drop off at the front door if it is raining. Not a big enough deterrent to not stay at this hotel. They were fairly clear in their description of what the parking was to be. There is a grocery store across the street. Two sit down restaurants and smaller deli type of restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  The best service I've got in one of the worst times of our lives

  Our team stayed here for the Kirkland Response Team, and I have to say, it was great, considering they were very under staffed, the staff that were there were so pleasant, it was so great, it really helped us a lot, with so many uncertainties and stress with an emergency mission it was so nice to come home and be very comfortable, special thanks to Danielle the Hotel Manager and the rest of the staff, especially Billy, Hayden, Shawna.. and so many more. Keep up the good work and hope to come back when everything is calm and back to normal...

  Just WOW

  Man, where to start. This property is just wonderful. The staff is amazing. Haiden is super de duper. I loved the food in the bistro. Did i mention the craft cocktails? Over all this place is a 10 out of 5!

  Not Recommended

  This stay was awkward because of COVID-19. My expectations versus the hotel reality are much different. The check-in process was fine. The booking process requires you to pay in advance at the time of booking which is new, no other options available. Guests are unaware of COVID-19 policies so you have to remind them. Hotel employees only wear masks in your presence. If they don't see you, then no mask is on. I stayed in Room 236 and it was very noisy with street and road noise. The toilet ran all day. The A/C was very noisy and not sure it cooled properly. I was not happy with the breakfast options. They seemed to be severely understaffed. Better communication of how they are handling COVID-19 guidelines. I have 5 hotel charges on my credit card for a two-night stay. There is a lot of improvement needed.
