  Excelente lugar.

  Visité este hotel con mi familia y fue muy confortable. Las habitaciones muy limpias y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. La calidad del servicio fue excelente y su personal muy amable y dispuesto todo el tiempo. Recomiendo este hotel ampliamente para todo visitante en Santa Fe.

  Feo, lejos y viejo.

  El lobby esta bien, hay un Starbuks se puede desayunar ahi. La zona es mala, en cuanto llegas al centro te arrepientes de quedarte en un hotel tan lejos, las habitaciones tenían un olor horrible, su suite es muy pequeña, El hotel no es nuevo tiene varias cosas que necesitan remodelación. Se rescata el personal que es muy amable y su servicio de shuttles. No lo recomendaría hay muchas mejores opciones.

  Avoid at all cost

  This is a horrible place. Transient and homeless stay here to supplement shelters. Poor management choice. They know on the door all night, prowl around cars and have no respect for those who pay for the rooms. DO NOT stay here.

  Marriott Does Not Care About Their Guests

  I booked this hotel through Priceline for a stay on my way back from Colorado with my 2 kids on December 30th. It was to be 2 beds for 3 people as I was traveling with my children. We were given a room with 1 bed when we arrived. I called down to the front desk when we got into the room and spoke with Madeline the woman that checked us into the hotel and let her know the situation so she could get started on getting us into the room we booked as we had already brought our luggage up to the room and switching with 2 anxious and road weary kids was going to be a whole other thing. When we got to the front desk we were informed that there were no more rooms available. I asked to speak to the manager, who is Charlotte Ortiz. Charlotte was utterly unconcerned with the situation. I asked if when they received reservations from Priceline if they could see the number of people and/or beds that had been reserved. Charlotte said they could not. I asked about cancelling the reservation and Charlotte said 3rd party reservations could only be cancelled by contacting Priceline since it is what I used to book the reservation initially. My children and I left the hotel and went back to the car. I called Priceline from the parking lot of the hotel in 30 degree weather. Priceline informed me that they could not cancel my reservation because Marriott had already canceled it. I asked if Marriott could see the number of beds that were reserved as Charlotte's statement made zero sense to me. In fact, they can see the number of beds reserved, which of course they can. Before posting this review, I called the hotel and spoke with the General Manager Ande. He continually interrupted me and began answering questions that I didn't ask, when I brought this up he hung up the phone. After all of this, Marriott listed me as a no-show or something of that nature and still billed me. I did receive a $13.25 credit from Priceline, which is nowhere near the cost of the room. This was hands down the worst experience of my life.

  Take negative reviews with a grain of salt...

  I got this hotel through Priceline at a great price but was a little hesitant to stay here after reading some of the negative reviews. It seems like this is an older property that is getting spruced up. The lobby and coffee bar area and common areas up front seemed to be newer. Yes the exterior of the building, elevators and stairwells can use some TLC. I never felt unsafe there but yes there are transients walking around on Cerrrillos Road and maybe you see some tents in an open area but they are just people just trying to survive who might be struggling with mental health issues but they aren't roaming around the property. I didn't see any cars getting broken into and the parking lot is well lit. My room seemed to be recently remodeled. It was very clean and had a nice new TV, comfy bed and I felt very comfortable staying in it and I'm a clean freak. It was nice not to have an open-air hallway during Covid. The gym didn't have much equipment but enough to get some cardio in and a few dumbells. The staff was very nice and professional. I will definitely return to this property for the incredible value and overall satisfaction for a 3 star hotel.
