  Hotel de muy buena calidad y buenas habitaciones

  Este hotel tiene habitaciones amplias y modernas. Les recomiendo las habitaciones que tienen vista al mar, ya que la vista es bastante agradable. No es un gran hotel, pero el precio es razonable y me dio la impresión de que estaba bien ubicado, definitivamente un hotel que repetiria.

  Great location, great service!

  Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was looking for an oceanfront room late afternoon on New Year's Eve. Not an enviable task. The Courtyard by Marriott was a great answer. Fred offered excellent service, providing me with a clean "almost oceanfront" room. The room was clean, the refrigerator and microwave useful, the balcony nice, although small, was nicely positioned for the view. Access to the boardwalk important to me as a runner, right out the door!! I will stay again next year!

  Convenient, clean and ample parking

  Exactly what youd expect from a Courtyard. Clean and safe hotel, friendly staff. Perfect location, ocean / boardwalk front - on the southern tip with so much to do... park and walk! They have overflow parking just across the street. We come by on a night that was sold out and still got a great parking spot.

  Treated like a third party customers

  We arrived on February 6th excited to break away from what has become our normal way of life as we've come to know it. We are retired and to get a getaway here and there, my husband looks for deals. Not sure but I know it was hot wire, Groupon, one of those. Upon arrival, our room was not ready however that wasn't a problem at all. Our problem began when the Oceanfront room is not a room you can see the ocean unless you stand up! We were informed by Duran no matter how we booked our room through them directly or not this is the room we would receive. My husband asked could we be move to a side view higher than the ground floor, my husband was willing to take the lose of money that the deal stated Oceanfront and that's where my heart was sat. Duran stated he could do that but you have to go out on the balcony to see the water; which we know already we have come to OC now for 42 years. It was like we were punished because of our choice of booking. We go to our ground level, room and it's a handicap room, the shower has chairs made in it. I called to ask once again can we have a regular room, please? Per Duran NO because again no matter how we booked our room this is what we would have been assigned to. Now that's a first to me in my 64 years of life! What had we done to this guy? It gets better my husband is now bothered because I'm upset and all he wanted was for us to just be able to relax. We had ants crawling all over the countertop in the bedroom, in the bathroom, I was DONE!! I called the front desk spoke with Immanuel AWESOME person to speak with, his professional attitude calmed me, Kelly, who came to verify and check our room was fantastic he cleaned the area and took other steps to the best of his ability. We were offered another room yes another room. However, my husband and I are now just too tired, trip we hoped for is no longer the getaway we longed for. Fred Thompson the General Manager also gave us a call to follow up which was very much appreciated. So I say if you visit this Courtyard By Marriott ask it's a very nice sat up in the lobby. May you have a better experience than we did.

  One night getaway

  Courtyard Marriott, Oceanfront hotel is wonderful. Our room overlooked the ocean. The room was clean! Staff was professional and very nice. The grab and go bags(water,muffin, granola bar, and an apple) were a nice touch for the ride home. Below are views from outside on the 2nd floor balcony. There is a indoor pool with a hot tub that was open, but it was not not warm enough for us. It was nice and clean in the pool area. For a visit to ocean city in the winter this is your place! I had a very peaceful and non stressful stay. Marriott never disappoints!
