  La cama es una nube

  Lo mejor de este hotel para mi fue la cama. Qué buen descanso!. El hotel no queda tan cerca a San Francisco, así que si la intención es permanecer allí, hay que contar con 45 min a 1 hora de desplazamiento. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas y lo suficientemente amplias. No probamos el desayuno porque cerca hay restaurantes. Muy recomendado.

  Buena alternativa

  Es un hotel con muy amplias habitaciones , el personal es muy atento y servicial , lo único que faltó para completar el puntaje total es que no incluye desayuno. Por todo lo demás ( arquitectura , decoración , personal de limpieza , atención al cliente ) es muy bueno .

  Platinum members stay away!

  I was in the Bay Area for 1 week for work, I usually stay in Palo Alto but it was full. I thought given my status with Marriott I would give the courtyard in Newark a try, boy this was a big mistake! I checked in on Sunday night, the check in was smooth, the lady at the front desk was really friendly. (Cant remember her name) It all went down hill from here... I got to the room and it was very outdated. There were 2 bottles of water on no the room which is expected. The next day I came back around 9pm and wanted to make some tea before bed, the housekeeping didnt replenish my water. I called front desk and the night manager (Steven, I think - he was borderline rude) said he cannot give me any water, I said Im a platinum member and have stayed at Marriott properties all over the world and have never been denied water. I was literally in shock! He said you can come down to the lobby and buy water, WTF! The next day I was working from my room and I have a UK plug on my laptop, my power was low so I went to front desk to ask for a power adapter. The lady says sorry we dont have any. Im honestly not even sure she understood what I wanted. I said can you ask housekeeping or check in back? She just said sorry we dont have any - she didnt even make any attempt to find one for me :( Here I am working from the hotel, in Silicon Valley in an international hotel chain and cannot actually do my work. 99% of hotel I stay in either have these built in the rooms or worst case have them for loan at reception. Terrible. Oh and the TVs in the room have analog channels!!! It was like going back in time staying here, do not recommend it to anyone and especially if you are platinum members, dont stay here as you wont get treated like platinum at all. This place desperately needs some renovation and more importantly staff needs some training to improve the level of customer service offered to guests.

  It is a good place to stay

  The hotel is nearby a small market place and you can find good places fir breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are near by Silicon Valley, just need to cross the bridge. This is very good location, if you need to go to Silicon Valley or to drive North.

  Silicon Valley visit

  We stayed here and spending 3 days on 26 - 28 September 2019, perfect hotel and location for whom has a bussiness or even a couples trip. World class start up company like Facebook, Tesla, Amazon, etc. just arround the corners. Hotels like usual has Marriot Bonvoy standard, very secure and comfortable.
