  Another great stay!!!

  The room (#301) was good for business traveler/one person. Room was well-appointed and updated, i.e. granite in bathroom, modern décor, flat screen TVs. The one thing I wish is that there was a glass shower door instead of the fabric curtain with the plastic liner. The mobile app is great to request toiletries, etc and each time I made a request, I received the items within minutes. Note: The odd numbered rooms face away from the highway. Note 2: there are lots of restaurants, groceries and retail stores within walking distance/five minute drive.

  Amazing staff

  We stayed at this hotel for four nights and the Bistro staff Yone and Sergio, I believe were there names, were very helpful to my family and I. We have 3 small children and they were very friendly and made my children feel special. They went out of their way for us and were very informative on what to do I the area. This was our first visit to Minnesota.

  Convenient Location

  This property is located in the greater northwest Minneapolis area. It is surrounded by hundreds of stores and a great selection of restaurants. The hotel has a cheerful, friendly staff that makes your stay enjoyable. I have been staying here on business trips the past 3 years and it is always my first choice when in the area.

  Business stay March 2020

  Great hotel and service, parking lot and bistro available. A lot of great restaurants around in Arbor Lakes, the rooms are very clean, they also offer the option for not cleaning the room for additional 250 point per day.

  Overpriced

  This room was was overpriced as no services were available at all. We were not told when we called them that none of the amenities were available, we dont live in MN so we didnt know what there COVID rules were. When we questioned it after our stay, were were told that they were higher priced because they were not one of the undesirable hotels in the area. The upity and arrogant attitude confirmed that we will never stay with them again.
