  Good business hotel

  Has everything you need. Staff were incredibly friendly. Felt like they knew everyone by name. That was very nice. Like most courtyard hotels it's amenities are pretty basic, no late night bars or anything like that but pizza luce just down the road is a 1 min walk away. Overall a very pleasant experience

  Served the purpose during business trip, neutral feelings

  During my stay of 4 nights, I did not use any of the amenities. I was shocked at the number of out of order signs. Sauna was out one day, pool was closed another, several times the ice machine was down. Not only was there plenty of road blocks and construction nearby (not Courtyard's fault), I remember the hotel was being renovated as well. It was very close to the office I was visiting. I did not use the bar/cafe, as there was plenty of nearby food options.

  Good Location. Clean.

  Courtyard Marriott Eden Park We chose this hotel from the Booking.com website based on price and proximity to most things in the Minneapolis area.  This was a weekend trip where we explored several places including the Bakken Museum, the City Mill Museum and Mall of America.  I chose a hotel that had a pool because the weather was less than ideal so we wanted to have the option to do something when it was snowing outside. Rooms Our room looked like we walked into a 1980s film set.  The hotel was very clean and the rooms were really clean, however, the bed was so worn that we slept in these divets in the mattress where probably millions of other bodies laid before us.  It felt gross.  The room had a great counter space for us to store our foods and a small fridge.  The room did not have a microwave.  We ordered pizza our second night there and there was plenty of space for eating and storing the pizza.  We had a clean bathroom and the room overall was clean.  I just had an issue with the bed.  The pull out couch mattress was like sleeping on the rocky floors of the forest. Amenities The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were spectacular.  I see that there were prior complaints but when we needed extra of anything they were more than willing to help.  The front desk was helpful for finding a list of restaurants that we would enjoy and they gave me a coupon for our pizza that made it less than $15 with delivery for a pizza. The pool was really nice, however, there were both nights groups of loud and rowdy, drunk adults enjoying the pool.  They were drinking a lot and it seemed that the front desk staff had no control over this.  It was uncomfortable and I was concerned for safety reasons.  They did not look old enough to drink and it was my impression that they were mostly high school age. The food options that they had in the lobby were standard for any Marriott and expensive.  We did not partake in any of the things they offered but it looked good.  We were happy with our pizza coupon and pizza we got delivered! Overall I would give this hotel a good rating for cleanliness and friendly staff.  The areas that were lacking were the dated rooms, the awful bed and pull out sofa mattress and the lack of care of the parties at the pool presumably by teenagers.  The hotel is located in a great location, there are restaurants nearby, it was not difficult to get to different attractions in the area and there also was shopping nearby including a Super Target.

  Nice hotel

  We've stayed at this hotel before and it meets our needs. It has a nice pool and fitness center. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. And the rates are very reasonable. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were staying in the cities

  Clean, Updated Room

  We stayed here in July. This was after trying to stay at another Marriott brand and finding out that the hotel was closed. We had stayed here a couple years back and was pleased to see that the furniture had been updated to the more modern Courtyard design/style. We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite, which is why I frequently stay at Courtyards. Plenty of room in the living area, plenty of room in the bedroom. The bathroom area is small. The room was clean. Staff/management was controlling who was coming in and out of the lobby area, which I appreciated during this time.
