  Horrible!! The hotel was filthy! My room had hairs in the bathtub and then when I pulled down the top cover of the bed, I found stains and hairs on the sheets!! The sheets apparently hadnt been changed, the bed had just been straightened. I complained to front desk, and checked out immediately. I was told the manager would call me, yet it is the day and no contact. I have tried calling him but no reply. I stay in Marriotts weekly for business and this was one of the most horrible experiences yet.

  Lacks detail cleaning !

  The initial reaction of the room was fine but when I started to get settled in I started noticing unsanitary things for instance the phone its literally dirt around the buttons with no speaker option! There was also a unknown object that looks like its been in the room for a while now. Its almost impossible to miss! There was also a hole in the couch. Housekeeping need to tighten up!

  Ants in room

  We traveled from Columbus MS to go school shopping for our kids. We picked this hotel for the location and price. I wished we would have spent that extra 10 dollars for a nicer hotel. We had ants in our room and bed. My husband found ants on him when we sat down in the chair before eating dinner. Then we woke up and found ants on the table and bed. I understand ants is a summer thing, but you have to spray your hotel for bugs and pest. The hotel gave us 20 dollars off our room making it $79 instead of $99. Just wish I got a good night's sleep instead of feeling insects crawl on me.

  Old and dirty

  I was planning on staying 3 nights. The first night I set the thermostat at 70 went to bed at midnight it was 61 degrees and dropping fast. I turn the to heat but nothing happened. In the morning I went to the front desk and asked for help. Their help went in and set the thermostat to 69. I came back at lunch. 61 and dropping fast. On top of the thermostat not working and nobody willing to look at it the room was old and dirty the couch was ripped and the bathtub leaked water all night and had rust stains in it. I checked out after 1 day and am staying at a new towne place suites but 30 minutes away from here I need to be I have been a long time Marriott member but their properties are hit or miss and the brands are getting old. It is time to look for another brand.

  Worst hotel we have stayed at.

  Truckers convention which meant a ton of guys sitting around the lobby, drinking and hanging around without masks, during peak COVID-19 pandemic. Folks next to our room were extremely loud screaming, cursing and later playing loud music. Called the front desk guy, Jacob who said he would take care of it, but did nothing, When I called again they just ignored the call, knowing the room I was calling from. Never have I stayed at such a terrible Courtyard Mariott.
