    Muy bien

    Todo muy bien, a media hora del aeropuerto, el desayuno muy rico y el lugar muy bien ambientado, con diseño. La zona de la piscina y jardines con sillones para sentarse a descansar. El estacionamiento es gratuito.

    GREAT Staff

    I am a constant Road Warrior (206 nights so far this year) so a hotel's staff makes or breaks the stay. Stayed here for 6 nights and cannot say enough good things about the staff. The front desk started off this fine stay with Dolores and Amir welcoming me on first day and keeping their warmth alive over all 6 nights. The Bistro breakfast and dinner staff were equally delightful: Teresa, Bailey, Javier, Zahia and Savannah all made the good food even better by how they served me. Thank you all. See you next time!

    Awful Stay, lots of issues, no care from hotel, choose another hotel

    We checked in Saturday around 2:30 into 2 adjoining rooms on the 3rd floor . Upon entering the rooms, both smelled strongly of musty mildew and our room of cigarettes. We tried to click on the air conditioning unit, but the heater would only come on. The heater smelled horribly of a burning mildew smell in both rooms. When we tried to get the air to kick on by lowering the temp to 68, the burning heater would only stay on in our room. The other room smelled of cold mold and mildew. Both myself and my two sons are highly allergic to mold. I immediately called the front desk, but no other rooms were available. I expressed my concern as I am allergic to mold, and the front desk said they would have maintenance come. My son also found hair in his bed and on the pillow, so we requested to have sheets changed. Upon returning later in the evening, the air units were still not fixed. There is mold build up in the air and heating units. I could not sleep and had trouble with the mold levels in the room and had to open the slider and then we froze all night and got no sleep. In addition to these major issues, there were several other issues that should be addressed that made our stay even more unpleasant. The shower temperature knob was not working properly. If you turned it to hot, it was scalding. If you moved it even a millimeter to lower the hot to a more comfortable temperature, it would go right to lukewarm/cold. The king bed in our room sagged and was rock hard. wifi is very poor on the 3rd floor. The elevator was in major need of repair with paint peeling off, stains, and a filthy floor See pics of elevator and room. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed and upset with our stay. I followed up with the hotel several times and finally got an email back from the general manager who did nothing and offered nothing but a few minimal points. Money is not the issue but it is the principle and she offered nothing. She responds on here with generic responses saying she wants to communicate and to please call her. Will not be staying at any other Marriott properties as the service is much higher at Hilton and Hyatt. I would advise staying somewhere else.

    Pot smokers welcome?

    We spent eight nights over the holidays at this hotel, and the combination of problems and advertised features not available will ensure we never stay here again - and probably never at a Courtyard again. To start, the description on the Marriott app mentions an indoor pool - which doesnt exist. Next, the fire pit and other outdoor amenities have been inoperable for some time, according to a staff member. Next, despite having my wife listed as a guest, she had to jump through hoops to get a replacement room key when hers became inoperable - which happened to our room keys frequently throughout the stay. Next, l reported twice verbally and once through their How Are Things status on the app that our entire floor smells like marijuana (likely emanating from Room 350) - not only was there nothing done after the first two reports, our room actually smelled like it following them, and we are currently missing one of our $200 family presents and a $50 gift card my daughter received. No proof that it was taken by a staffer or someone else while the room was left wide open by them as they clean multiple rooms at a time, but we searched extensively in every other location possible. The one good feature, which reflects the one point rating, was the friendliness of the hotel staff. It really seemed like they were doing what they could under the rules and conditions given to them. They were not the reason for this low rating - unless it turns out that the present and gift card were taken from the room. Regardless, we will be seeking other accommodations for our next extended stay

    Disregard for guest safety and customer service.

    Incident: People who were in the room next to us started partying at two am, playing music very loud, yelling, smoking weed in a non-smoking room, and drinking. Our three-year-old son woke up, startled and scared. Then our two-year-old son woke up. We called the front desk. The response, no problem, we will take care of it. There was no change in music volume or yelling. We followed up with six more calls and a trip to the front desk asking for them to take action, all with the same response. The police came to their room at 7:45 am and kicked them out. Disregard for safety: Having to confront a group of people fueled by drugs and alcohol should not have to be done by a guest. One never knows the state of mind of the people, how many people are in the room, and what they have on them. A situation confronting intoxicated people can evolve physically very fast. The last thing wanted during a family hotel stay. This hotel was not capable of handling this situation and ignored it in hopes that it would stop. Keeping guests feeling safe should be the number one priority! Resolution: At 8 am someone from the front desk knocked on our door and said we would get a complimentary late checkout, the last thing we wanted. When we went to check out at 8:30 am, I asked for our money back. There was no manager onsite, so calls needed to be made. I sat and waited. The last thing I wanted to do is sit in the lobby while the kids and wife were ready to go. Then I was told we would only get a refund from one night out of a two-night stay because we didn't complain about the first night. Now at the front desk for forty-five minutes, exhausted and tired, with a family ready to go, I wasn't going to argue. Their customer service is disappointing at the very least. I do not recommend this hotel.
