  Disappointed

  in summary, dont waste your time or your money. There are better options out there. There was a lack of willingness to help throughout the entire chain of command. In a time when service should be the number one focus in a service industry, This place falls well short!

  For Kokomo, not bad

  The room was nice, comfortable bed and quiet. The evening reception is nothing to brag about, just Bud light and cheap generic wine. The breakfast that comes with the room is very subpar. Sandwichs and burittos made of cold scrambled eggs and cheese and wilted greens. Go across the street for a better breakfast.

  Great Stay

  Arriving after 9 pm, we were pleasantly surprised by the price and the quality of the room. CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN. The front desk manager, April, was super friendly and helpful; I loved the personal greeting on the room television - so cute! The king size bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the room-darkening curtains that actually fully closed. The only 'negative' was the weird sloping of the bathtub - almost a valley, so watch your footing. Other than that, this was a fantastic place to stay! The morning coffee, yogurt and muffins were also a nice treat.

  Clean rooms and friendly staff

  The hotel is very clean and updated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is close to a number of restaurants. A larger breakfast offering would be a nice addition. I would definitely recommend this hotel

  Visiting Kokomo December 2020

  TLDR: Great staff. Fine hotel. I got my points back because the staff clearly cared to be diligent and fix the issue despite the challenges. Full house in my hometown in December 2020 so we chose Courtyard as we are Marriott rewards members. First impressions were good. Clean and comfortable area. Well lit for nighttime arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful and got us efficiently checked in. Pandemic guidelines were being followed which were a keen concern for us visiting my elderly mother. When we checked out a week later using points, the system somehow charged us an extra day. The GM attempted to resolve the issue locally but somehow corporate system prevented a refund. This was not my biggest worry since I was more worried about pandemic stuff and my mom. The GM had my number and would call me with updates that day. And she did. Unfortunately the corporate system proved more trouble. Over the next few weeks, the sales manager, Daysi, kept me updated on progress each week. On Ground Hog day she claimed victory and got my points refunded plus additional points I had not expected. Well Done Kokomo Courtyard! Thank you Daysi and Bambi.
