  Not up to Marriott Courtyard Standards

  I booked this very convenient Marriott Courtyard on a recent road trip. The access to the hotel from 95 was perfect for what I needed and I chose the Courtyard because of my experience with Marriott products. This hotel was, by far, the worst hotel, as far as cleanliness, that I have ever experienced. During a time when cleanliness should be in extreme overhaul, this hotel was awful. The parking lot was riddled with trash; when you approach the front door, the windows were dirty, the lobby carpets and floors, elevator floor and hallway carpets looked as tho they were not vacuumed in a month. The bathroom was very outdated and there was hair on the toilet. Needless to say, I was very disappointed an would not stay here again.

  Horrible Marriott...

  Ive actually stayed at this Marriott twice before, the last time about 3 1/2 years ago. Im not sure what happened but I agree with other reviewers that this property is disgusting!! This hotel belongs in some inner city slum that rents rooms by the hour. The furniture in my room looked like something the Salvation Army would not accept. Whatever the reason for its rapid and total decline, I would keep away from this hotel. I would certainly not bring children here.

  Awful. Should be shut down.

  Filthy room. Sheets had blood stains on them. They dropped off another set for us to make up bed ourselves. Within ten minutes f getting in bed I had at least a dozen bites all over my legs. They moved us to another room which was equally dirty. The bathroom had hair everywhere. This during the Covid pandemic. Keep driving...the proximity to I95 isnt worth it. There was a sign on the entrance that masks were required but it was not enforced and the lobby was full of unmasked guests. Just filthy and awful.

  A little - no, a LOT below Marriott standards....

  Weve stayed in MANY Marriotts over the years, always satisfied. This stay was so disappointing. A pile of dirty towels on the closet floor - when I pulled the top one away, there was so much long dark hair in it I thought at first it was a dead animal. My husbands nightstand was sticky and dirty as well. Sorry, Marriott - maybe some quality control checks here are in order?

  Very Disappointed

  Last visit to this property on Jan 3rd 2021 was a huge disappointment. The property was NOT up to Marriott Courtyard standards in any way. The rooms are way overdue for an upgrade. The property itself was just filthy. No excuse for how dirty the elevators and hallways appeared. There are several other Marriott properties on the same street, so loyal Marriott guests would be advised to try them instead of the Courtyard.
