  Very enjoyable stay.

  Every employee we came in contact with was pleasant, helpful and smiling. The hotel was clean and updated. I would highly recommend it for a pleasure or business trip. Check in and checkout were both quick.

  Very Disappointed!!

  Two things happened during our stay in June 2020. With Covid 19 concerns, I thought they would be concerned more about cleanliness. After settling in, my dog brought me an empty liquor bottle(the small ones). Needless to say that was disturbing. Next we kept hearing a loud machine noise exactly every 30 minutes. They had put us on the second floor over the pool. In the morning I checked and they only had used 30 rooms so it wasn't necessary to stick us there. We are Marriott gold level since 2001. I would think we'd be treated a little better. This was the first time we have been so disappointed.I would not recommend staying there.

  Friendly Service and large room (#302)

  We stopped here for a night and were pleasantly greeted (even at 11pm) upon checking in. The room (#302) was a large suite equipped with a mini bar (including wine fridge), living room and large balcony. Loved having a separate room for the comfy king bed.

  Knock on the door before 9am despite do not disturb...no apologies

  I stayed at the hotel last night and we got in late. We were sleeping when there was a knock at the door before 9am. It was housekeeping. Despite having the do not disturb sign out they were "just checking that we were still in the room.". I called the front desk to complain and I was told that "many people leave early and there is no way to know if we are still in the room" despite us having the do not disturb sign out. No apologies at all from the staff. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and never experienced this!

  New years getaway

  Wanted to do a short stay for new years eve. Due to Covid travel availability is limited. We have been staying close to home through out 2020. Since we made a dinner reservations at Cranbury Inn at 630 pm. This hotel was conviently located to restaurant. Check in process was taken care really quick. Hand sanitizer station available all the hotel. Masks were required while in public places. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was spacious and extremely clean. We had a king bed which very comfortable. Fridge available and a Keurig.available type coffee pot. Water pressure and temperature was awesome in shower. Since the Bistro was closed. They had a coffee station set up for quests. Delicious coffee. They do have indoor pool and fitness center also. Nice business area to use. Erica one the front worker was very pleasant and helpful. Beautifully decorated for Christmas season. Definitely would recommend.
