  Unbelievably HOT. AC issues

  Contacted the front desk as it was stifling hot in the rooms. They said they would tell the on site manager and maintenance crew. There are hundreds of reviews about the same thing (issues with AC) on Trip Advisor (my bad for not researching) so I am certain the onsite manager and maintenance crew are fully aware of the subpar AC system. Marriott corporate needs to be made aware.

  Awesome Place!

  I stayed here four nights attending a training work related and this place is awesome! A/C worked fine and the rooms are spacious and very modern. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. There is plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area as well. The lobby is small but very comfortable, The hotel provides free shuttles that will take you to and from restaurants within 5 miles radius Nice Touch! I honestly really enjoyed my stayed. I highly recommend it.

  Moldy, Stinky, but comfortable beds

  I dont leave bad reviews that often, but I wish I wouldve checked TripAdvisor before I book this hotel. Im nearing titanium with Marriott. I was placed in a room on the third floor, And immediately upon entering the room I was hit with a wall of moldy, damp smell. The AC unit had an air fresheners that were wedged inside. I called the front desk and ask them if all of their rooms were like this. They respond of that sometimes the weather causes that to happen but she would put me in a new room. I went downstairs close to my new key. When I entered my new room also on the third floor, I was hit by the same stench. I decided to just stick it out. The bedroom has been remodeled and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom itself is in desperate need of remodeling. They do not have a moisture vent, which is probably why the room smells the way it does. I will not return to this hotel.

  Great Stay Close to Campus

  We stayed here recently to move a college student into Texas A&M. After a brief hiccup at check in, the rest of our stay was good. There was limited services as far as the bistro and snacks at the front desk due to the pandemic, but expected. The front desk staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate guests which is why I rated this a 3 star and not less. The suite we booked was spacious and quiet, but smelled moldy. The luggage carts were sticky, not cleaned and need maintenance (flat tires). The pool does not provide towels unless you visit the front desk. The pool deck area was full of ants. The pool water itself was full of bugs regularly. There are about 6 ice makers and most of them were not functional. Overall, service was great, but this resort is not well managed/maintained.

  Great Stay!

  Stayed here in October while visiting my Dad in the hospital. Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Disappointed the bistro wasn't open but I understand during this time. There are many restaurants close by
