  Gentlemen at front desk fantastic from Texas Abilene, I believe. That fellow set the tone. Helpful im every way possible. Rooms and lobby very nice highly recommend. Bar and food also very good. Been all over the world 5 star hotels this guy up front is the best at his job.

  Maybe okay for business person on expense account

  In a trip through the South we were surprised by the problems experienced by this Marriott hotel. The staff were not very friendly when we checked in and did not explain that they were an ala carte operation. The problems were that the in-room coffee maker did not work. It spewed black stuff all over when we tried to use it. We went downstairs for a cup of coffee and had the choice of paying for Starbucks coffee or nothing. No complimentary breakfast, which was not explained until we came down for breakfast. The room was clean, but for the money we should have stayed in a better place.

  Never again

  Adequate if you need a sleep for a night, but staff is not welcoming or friendly at all. I had a rough day, but was met with no compassion at all. No one cared that I had problems, I over payed for a bed.

  Top Notch

  Awesome staff & comfortable accommodations. Excellent place for our 200 family members to hold our first ever blended family reunion. Conference rooms are comfortable and roomy. Food is hot and fresh.

  A good night's sleep

  This was our stop over on our way from Orlando to Dallas, so we were really looking forward to a good night's sleep. It was in a good location with nearby restaurants and grocery store. We felt safe keeping our locked moving truck on the property. Room was large and comfortable with a good hot shower with good pressure. We spoke with Gregory before and after booking. He was so friendly, informative and helpful. On arrival Tim was great for check in. Small vending area available. A good experience.
