  Excellent over-night stay.

  Great stay, clean rooms, fantastic service. Ryan (I think was his name) was incredibly nice and pleasant. This guy deserves an award because he went above and beyond to ensure we were taking care of. My wife and I travel frequently and this was surprisingly one of the best over-night stays we've ever had. Highly recommend.

  Racial motivated Incidental holds

  Apparently if your a minority at this particular location your incidental hold on your card is the the whole price of the stay additional. According to the GM Ryan [--] who I watched check in 4 different customers and explain the incidental rate the same for all but one. When a young African American man came last night for checkin Suddenly the incidental rate went from 20 dollar as it was for several older Caucasian customers to 120 dollars in a matter of minutes. I wonder if the owner knows that this is common practice. When questioned as to how the incidental rate changed suddenly compared to just a night ago he said its standard practice. His customer service skills are extremely lacking and his condescending tone towards a loyal customer is unbecoming. Ive already called New Jersey Civil rights division in regards to this horrible practice at this location.

  Booked hotel for 21 days due to a house flooding and left after 7

  Booked hotel for 21 days due to a flooding at my mothers house. Checked out today and booked the rest of my time at a nearby Hilton. Place was dark creepy and filthy. Housekeeper told me my room would be serviced every four days and on today day 7 it still hadnt been serviced. Trash piled up, no towels, etc absolutely deplorable. To make it worse I was with my mother who is stage 7 Alzheimers. She was so afraid it made the entire situation inexcusable. At night the lobby area was kept dark with no lights on.

  Bed Bug Infestation

  My stay was an absolute nightmare! My family and I were waking up to bites all over our bodies. We complained to the staff and they offered no help as we couldn't prove it was because of bedbugs. The next morning, we caught a live bed bug and brought it to the manager for proof and still they were inconsiderate and came up with every excuse not to refund us our money back. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the high prices they charge, you would think they will be able to keep up with health codes and standard. It's not worth the headache and unsanitary conditions. The fridge also did not work and they didn't offer any trash bags for the cans in the room.

  Beat customer service!

  When I arrived my key was already ready for me. I received 2 waters and a card for free Starbucks complementary. I realized I forgot some toiletries. She gave me some so I didnt have to buy. I left a key for a friend who was coming over. She called me when they arrived to verify that was my guest before sending them up for security reasons! Never seen that done before that was amazing. Not to mention I got a personalized Hershey bar! My new favorite place to stay when Im in town.
