  Great hotel near mountain brook

  Nice hotel. Right across the Fresh Market. Hotel is new or renovated. Everyone is nice and helpful. Limited breakfast due to covid, but not bad. Only issue that I had was the Netflix option didnt work due to wifi problems. I really enjoyed, so Ill give five stars.

  Never been more disappointed

  Checked in the night online before my visit and made several requests for services. When I got to the hotel they activated my mobile key and gave me directions to my room. It was a bit of a walk to the elevator from the lobby and then from the elevator to my room. Opened the door to our room and it hadnt been cleaned yet. How the heck can a hotel give someone a room that hasnt been cleaned in the middle of a pandemic? Arent there controls or computer programs that dont allow this to happen? So after a day of traveling 9 1/2 hours and anticipating a nice soft bed to collapse into I made the long walk of shame back to the front desk, showed her the pictures below and asked for a new room. They apologized and gave me a new room, but I am still livid about the room. I switched credit cards when I checked out and a different women at the front desk never asked me how my stay was so this is how I am relaying my displeasure.

  Nice area and comfortable and clean hotel!

  My wife and I were staying for some medical testing at UAB Hospital. This was a very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again. Recently updated. There is an indoor shopping mall, a Targets with grocery, and a Fresh Market directly across the street. Appears to be a very safe area. They had this nice sitting area outside in the courtyard with gas fire pit burning every evening, that was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and the lobby was nice.

  Great place and value

  My soccer traveled to play in a tournament at Vestavia Hills high school. Booked the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Lots of good choices around and close to tournament site. Beds were comfortable and having a sofa was nice as well as comfortable rolling chair. I would cheerfully stay here again.

  The staff make this hotel perfect

  This hotel is fantastic. It is clean, modern, and in a great location. But what truly makes this hotel awesome is the staff. Every single member of the staff were compassionate, caring, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable during a stay while my daughter recovered from hip surgery. I am speechless from the amazing customer service we received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.
