    Estoy muy complacido del alojamiento , muy confortable y verdaderas atenciones , las cama muy cómoda, espacio suficiente para todo, un escritorio para trabajar con muy buena silla de trabajo. Lo recomiendo.

    Great stay, awesome staff

    A tad tricky to find without a GPS, but once youre here its wonderful. Room was comfy and clean and the staff truly make this property A+. Brennan at the front desk was so welcoming and knowledgeable and Holli at the bar was absolutely wonderful. I fully expect to see them running a Marriott soon. Great experience.

    Awesome Visit to Courtyard Marriot Grandview

    The Courtyard Colonnade/ Grandview located in Birminham, AL was absolutely and amazingly AWESOME! I have stayed at several hotels during my travels over my lifetime, but I have NEVER experienced any exceptional customer service as my family and I experienced at this hotel! From the front desk service, through housekeeping, all the way down to the kitchen! You could never ask for better service! The staff were exceptionally AWESOME, and I feel that any owner who owns this hotel should be absolutely PROUD of each and everyone of his or her staff members because they are producing fantastic customer service to all of their customers. I even monitored how the staff were conducting business with other customers, and they treated all of us the same with high quality customer service! The rooms were very clean, smelled nice and clean. The atmosphere was warm, calm, and very inviting. I literally cried when I called to speak to the manager on duty which was Mr. Hood. I hated I was such a cry baby when I talked to him to voice my happiness with the high quality customer service from his hotel staff, but that's how touched I was from the great service that my family and I received! They just were overwhelmingly AWESOME! If I could literally pick this hotel up from the ground with my bare hands and take it with me on every single vacation I got a chance to go on, I absolutely would do so, but the most important thing that would have to come along with it, are all the employees because this hotel would NOT be the hotel it is today without the current staff that they have. I pray that noone that is a new hire that may get hired in the future comes in and ruins anything about this hotel! I just want to say, JOB WELL DONE you all. You all were the best! Keep up all the good and hardwork that you all are doing. Someday you all will get a great reward. If noone has told you all that they appreciate your work, as your previous customer, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your hard work and job well done! May God forever bless each and everyone of you with many more years at this awesome facility! This hotel has surpassed high quality customer service, you all deliver what I call from a nursing standpoint, HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE!     Horrible Hotel/Dirty Room

    When we arrived my 13 year old son pulled the pillow off the sofa bed to find a pair of dirty thongs left from the previous person who stayed in room 215. I went downstairs and advised the gentleman working the front desk, his response was Im sorry would you like a complimentary snack or drink. I said no I want a clean room. At this point we should have just said were leaving and went somewhere else. He moved me to another room. I was downstairs in the lobby with another players parent and the gentleman working the front desk advised us to leave our dirty towels outside our room and housekeeping would pick them up and replace them with new ones when they did their rounds. I left my towels out my room when I left to go to the baseball fields around 9:30 am. When I arrived back to my room that evening around 10:20 pm I didnt have any towels in my room or hanging on my door. I went downstairs and the gentleman told me it would be an hour and a half before towels were ready and hed deliver them to my room (at 12:30 am I still hadnt received my towels). My son had a game in the morning and needed to shower before he went to bed. I told the gentleman that this is unacceptable, my son cannot stay up til midnight to wait for towels. He said I needed to advise the front desk I needed towels. I advised thats not what I was told the previous day. He said that thats policy and asked if Id like a complimentary snack or drink. I said no I want clean towels. Why would housekeeping pick up dirty towels and not replace them. I am very unimpressed with this hotel and the service Ive received. I will not stay at this hotel and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    There are better choices!!

    We chose to stay here because Im a healthcare worker and there was a special rate at this time. I showed my confirmation number upon arrival and was met with a mans extremely rude attitude at the window who informed me that I can only use that rate if Im in Hoover to work, which is not what my information stated. Ive stayed with Drury Inn on a medical discount and never had anyone try to start something or even ask for my badge, for that matter. He stated that he allowed the rate this time. By the time I got up to my room, some other male was calling my room phone. When I answered I was told that if Im not a medical worker, I cant have that rate and that I wasnt supposed to get that rate but they are allowing it. I walked straight down with my badge and still got attitude. The hotel was basically empty on this Monday night and anything they got from me was money they werent gonna have, so Im not sure why this man was so upset and bothered. As far as the hotel, it was decent but no breakfast at all and the pool was ice cold in July. Coffee was so strong you couldnt drink it and Ill pass on the attitude next time. Go to the Drury. Its clean and they offer breakfast without the attitude!
