  Victaulic Place every time

  Cada visita con la empresa es fantástica. Un lugar con muy buen trato y servicio. Perfecto para trabajar, con buenos espacios para relajarte y muy buenos tragos en la barra. En el lobby también puedes estudiar o reunirte con clientes. Siempre recomendable.

  Great location, super clean hotel and friendly staff

  Ive stayed here a few times over the past four years and I swear the property doesnt age. They do such a great job of keeping it clean and up-to-date. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rates and location are excellent!

  Quality!

  The team at the Courtyard Bethlehem is absolutely topnotch! No request is too big or too small. Peggy was/is my initial point of contact and she could not be more accommodating. She and the rest of the staff go out of their way but never give the impression it is a bother and truly exceed expectations. Could not recommend more for an overnight stay or a meeting need in their conference rooms!

  Great experience

  My daughter and I were scheduled to stay at the Staybridge Suites on Airport Road, but when we arrived we could NOT stay at that hotel. At 11pm on a Saturday night, we found this Courtyard and were incredibly grateful for the room. The staff were helpful, empathetic and friendly. We had intended to stay at a location with a built in kitchen, but had to make a move to a location which didnt offer that. Due to covid, the housekeeping was available only on request. During our stay we asked for the service only once, happy to swap out towels and keep our room tidy ourselves. The one time we did request service, however, Izzy did a fabulous job of cleaning our room, changing our sheets and left us a microwave in our room. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture for us having to stay in the hotel for 10 days in order to quarantine before moving our daughter back into her dorm at nearby Lehigh University. For the most part the hotel was fairly empty, with the exception of the weekend before we moved out. We had people move into the room next to ours and continually play loud music with a deep bass. The front desk person, Kym, repeatedly called and sent someone to address the issue until it was resolved. One evening at 10pm, my daughter accidentally dropped her gold ring in the sink and it fell down the drain. I called down to the front desk to see if they had a maintenance person available to undo the U Bend of the sink but they had no 24 hour person nor any tools left onsite. I found out the next day that everyone working in the hotel had checked their vehicles and even called to their own homes to see if they had a pipe wrench we could use to undo the U bend of the sink. We drove to Walmart to see if we could find one, but had no luck. When we returned they told us that Engineering would come first thing in the morning to find her ring. I had a call at 8am to say he had arrived and would be up as soon as he had taken his coat off. While it was a difficult stay for us, the staff made the experience as pleasant as it could have been. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the Bethlehem area.

  Great time

  My boy Paul that works overnight is super cool and pleasant. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and handled a misunderstanding with a smile. My boy Paul though! Paul was the nicest person ever
