  Buen Hotel

  El hotel es lindo.No tiene grandes lujos, pero está muy bien. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. Reciben paquetes sin costo. El personal de recepción es amable. La comida del restaurante es muy rica, pero solo sirven cena (no almuerzo) y hasta las 10 pm

  Soiled Sheets and Stained Mattress

  My family stayed at this property on Christmas eve 2019. We had two rooms. When I checked the bed in one of the rooms, I found that the sheets were stained. The texture suggested that it had not been laundered. Additionally, the mattress was covered with small, red rust stains. I contacted the front desk. The staff was apologetic and gave me a new room. The mattress in this second room also was stained and torn. At this point, it was very late and I did not bother to change rooms again. In the morning, I went to get coffee for the family (three of us). I was told that I had to check in for breakfast to get coffee, and that I could only get one cup per room. When I gave both room numbers, I was told that one of the rooms already had checked out. I explained the situation with room change and was told there was no breakfast associated with the new reservation. This was frustrating and frankly strange - I am a frequent business traveler and cannot recall a time it was so difficult to get a cup of coffee at a hotel. After our stay, we were sent a survey, which we completed. The Operations Manager reached out to us by e-mail about our feedback. We replied with additional details and pictures, but have not received any further communications from the property or from Marriott. Overall, our experience was very disappointing and we will not stay here again.

  Doesn't measure up to Courtyard Marriott standards

  This is the second time we've stayed here in the last 10 months. We didn't learn the first time. Upon check in the gentleman was terse and neglected to thank us for our loyalty (Titanium Elite). When I asked if we'd been upgraded he replied, "Yes, you're in a King Suite." Well that's interesting, because we actually booked a King Suite....so I don't think that counts as being "upgraded." The room was fine...but cold. We like the room cool when we sleep, but not frigid. Set the thermostat at night to 71 and still froze. Currently have it on 75 and it's nowhere near toasty. Based on staff attitude alone, we won't be returning to this location.

  Great Place to Stay!

  I had to stop here last week during the bad snow storm after leaving my brother's for a week and heading out West but the roads were awful. This is a great hotel -- typical Marriott -- very well maintained; all of the sidewalks around the hotel were shoveled and sanded with salt. Two thumbs up!

  Ben is THE best.

  The hotel is conveniently located right off of Rte. 78 for easy access to Manhattan or Pennsylvania and only one exit from the 78/287 interchange allowing easy access to the GSP (if heading to the beach) or Morristown/Parsippany to the North. AMPLE on-site parking and within walking distance (though not recommended at heavy traffic times) to a few good local restaurants, Panera and Starbucks. The hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and provides a good night sleep (quality mattress, linen and toiletries). The ONLY constructive criticism I can offer is that the bathrooms are dated and should probably be redone like the ones at this property's sister hotel, the Indigo, up the street. The highlight of the stay however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Ben who handled check-in swiftly, professionally and demonstrated the "go above and beyond" approach when I contacted him to ask if housekeeping had provided a phone charger I inadvertently left. Not only did Ben assure me that housekeeping would be notified and told to be on the look out but he placed a follow up call to let me know that the charger would be waiting for me at the front desk. Bravo Ben!
