  Bold and plush hotel

  Superb hotel and the room was awesome. The view driving into the parking lot is pleasant. The rooms and hallway have a boutique hotel feel that I really enjoyed. Beautiful but not comfortable couch in the room. The rooms are plush. The grey color scheme makes everything look bold and clean. I was happy the room had a refrigerator mini and coffee maker. Even though two of us checked in, it was a bit disappointing to only receive one mini bottle of water for the room.

  AWESOME

  This hotel was really nice. The shuttle to hot Was quick both at pick & delivery. Both check in & check out was fast as well. The room was updated & everything worked perfectly. This was a last minute hotel due to missing my flight but it was a nice serendipity. Thank you.

  Flawless Airport Property

  qStay Report - 9/18 - 9/19 Location: the hotel is located near where most BWI airport hotels are located, on Nursery Road just north of the I-195/295 junction.  It's on the same block as the Holiday Inn, the Marriott, the Hilton Garden Inn and Hyatt Place to name but a few.  nearby are a number of restaurants including a Chilis, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and a Chik Fil A.  It's an easy 7 minute or so drive to BWI and the area is quiet and safe at night. Hotel: This is one of the older generation Courtyards but it's in a good state of repair.  Do note that due to COVID a lot of the services are not operational (see attached picture).  The lobby pantry is still open at least but they're sharing the shuttle with the Marriott.  It's on demand starting at 4 AM but you need to be in the lobby ten minutes before the hour/half hour you want to leave to request it.  Also due to the older style design some rooms require a long walk. Check In: I was greeted by a very friendly agent when I arrived who asked if I wanted points or a F&B credit for my Titanium Amenity and told me I'd been upgraded.  This was all very nice. Room: I had a suite on the 3rd floor which had a full living room with pull out couch, work area, kitchen area and TV.  I was also happy to see there was coffee and a coffee maker (far from a sure thing these days), separate bedroom and a good sized bathroom.  There was no bar soap though not even hand soap.  Everything was in large bottles and all liquid.  No soundproofing issues were had and Wifi worked very well. Overall this was a perfect airport stay.  I'd be back.

  Do not stay !! General manager has personal problems

  Ive been staying at this hotel for over a year now, and the other day I tried to check in the general manager banned me for smelling like weed which I smoke medically for pain and was really rude to me, very unprofessional I also couldnt get a room that night so Marriott gave me a free room next door, I find this whole situation unprofessional and wrong .. I smoke weed for pain Ive never smoked in any hotel room nor have I ever had problems there and what about people who smoke cigarettes? Its the same thing I feel targeted and mistreated just go next door they have a bigger snack bar and their rooms are cleaner

  Huge disappointment for Marriott

  This was one of the worst Marriott hotels that I have stayed at. It was so out dated. Im guessing original dating back to the 1990s and it surely shown the wear. They offered no on site services. I get that there are special restrictions given COVID but management made ZERO effort to make a guests stay more amicable. Staff was polite and as helpful as they could be but they were limited in what they could do. Definitely a management problem here. Lots of other hotels in the area to choose from.
