    Tuve un entrenamiento cerca de este hotel, está en remodelación lo cual es bueno siempre para mejorar. El servicio de este hotel en particular de VONETTA hace de la visita una experiencia magnífica. Siempre atenta y con muy buena actitud, felicidades. Las habitaciones limpias , buen internet, desayuno incluido.

    Nice Place Great Staff

    Stayed here for 5 nights recently. it is an older 2 story building. I was on the 1st floor and enjoyed the patio by the pool. Everyone that worked there was great and answered all my questions. Annie was always smiling and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay great. Will be back.

    THROWN OUT FOR ASKING FOR A ROOM CHANGE!

    In all of my years staying at different Marriott properties all over the world this by far was the worst experience EVER. I came to Atlanta to visit some family I havent seen in years, but due to covid everyone is being extremely cautious about making close contact. One of my best friends reserved a room here and offered to reserve me one aswell. I was already staying at the Marriott Marquis Downtown but my family is closer to Norcross so it would be a win-win... WRONG! When I arrived to the hotel my friend gave me a Full warning the front desk lady was a little cranky. Im a very friendly, outgoing person so that wasnt going to be a problem. I find kindness usually works in all situations. This was not the case with her. When I approached the front desk and greeted myself she didnt say a word, literally nothing. I then asked could I receive something on the bottom floor, I sustained a leg injury a few weeks ago and its still healing. She said You would have to check back, Im leaving at 4pm and my supervisor isnt as courteous as me baffled I said Yes maam Ill go have some lunch and come back afterwards. I wasnt in any rush. The room she assigned me was on the 2nd floor 253 and it was about a 8-10 min walk from the lobby to the room. My leg was not happy about this lol and the room also had a file odor to it. I didnt put my bags down or anything. I immediately went to my friend room and sat my stuff there while we wait for the uber to arrive. Lunch at Maggianos was great, but I had no clue what I was in for returning back to the hotel. When we arrived I smiled at the front desk lady and said hello. I was wondering did anything open up on the first floor yet, you never got back to us and I wasnt in any hurry. She said NO! The room I assigned you is all that is available. The rooms that are being cleaned downstairs are suites.. and your discount dosent apply for such anything close. BAFFLED! I calmly said is there a supervisor I could speak with? She said that my tone was making her uncomfortable and I would need to checkout and leave immediately! I asked her what did I say or do to make her feel this way? She ignored me and the supervisor came out. She said I dont like your tone with my employee and you have 5 mins to leave the property or I will be notifying the police. I couldnt believe this was happening to me at a Marriott Property!? I asked for a corporate number and she misgender me by calling me Maam I am a homosexual male but I dont appear as a female. It was a joke on my sexuality. Which made me feel like complete trash. I was embarrassed! I asked for a corporate number and she threaten me that this will all backfire on me. My friend called and said they notified him that the police are on the way and I was to leave. I have never been treated this way in my life by staff at Marriott properties. I have received better customer service at a days inn. I usually dont make reviews but this was by far the worst experience I EVER HAD! I had to take a Lyft downtown back to the Marquis which was a whopping $72 bucks and then I had to book another room. I didnt get a chance to see my family because Im just not mentally ready. I cried this morning. And I just want others to know of the mistreatment I received at this Marriott property. Thank you

    Exceptional Staff

    Certainly the fact that many of the staff have been with this particular site speaks volumes to the management and culture of the working environment. I have been staying here for more than 12 years when I come to Atlanta and all the staff make sure to make me feel like family. Covid precautions are clear and visible. I look forward to the time all services are available again, but in the interest of safety it is fine for now!

    A very nice hotel!

    Please read in it's entirety! (Original visit January,2020) Just been lazy to make a review lol. But this hotel is spectacular. Service was on point and the staff was great! Room was clean. The room was nice but it did have a pool like smell, as mentioned from another review that I read from another reviewer. And the rooms are small. But nonetheless nice hotel! The hotel was very well kept and quiet. I was disappointed that they decided to give me a room on the lower floor instead of a room with a balcony. But again no biggie. Another thing, the hotel Wi-Fi does suck. But then again maybe marriot Wi-Fi isn't the greatest. Either that or they want to make money off the premium Wi-Fi. I usually use my hot spot when it comes to marriott hotels due to the Wi-Fi being very slow. I had very good reception here. A good trip to atlanta. Will definitely consider this hotel when I come and visit again.
