  Clean and friendly staff

  I was misplaced by a fire, so I checked in for a weekend. The Manager Christine is the best. This place is always clean and has the best customer service, from the cleaning people, bar/kitchen, and most importantly the front desk. Needless to say after that 1 weekend I renewed for the month!!

  Totally enjoying my stay with The Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf. From the moment I entered the lobby I was pleasantly greeted by Representative Lahassa and she was quick to resolve a slight problem for me. Gaius, the overnight representative, answered all questions and concerns. Lastly, but not least, GM Christine is totally about meeting all of her clients needs. No doubt, without hesitation, I will refer family, friends and neighbors!

  Brian is such a pleasure. He is super helpful and always ensures that our stay is well. I would highly recommend for your next visit. This hotel is very clean and definitely makes me feel safe while staying here!

  Great Stay

  I stay here whenever I come home and am always pleasantly pleased with everything! From location to staff to my room, to amenities, etc. Its always a GREAT STAY when I come. I will definitely be back!

  Little respect for COVID restrictions

  This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. Rooms are comfortable with small kitchens that are useful for a few days. That said, our entire stay was disappointing due to adherence by staff to COVID safety guidelines. Several front desk staff did not have a mask over the their nose or wore no mask at all. The cleaning staff frequently wore no masks. I contacted the corporate office of Marriott and was told she, "would try to do something about it." The woman clearly didn't believe that COVID was a real concern. Then, my husband talked with the manager of the hotel who seemed to take it more seriously, but the mask issue continued to be a problem. I then contacted customer service, and the woman was very considerate, but it was clear there was nothing she could do. So, if you're not worried about COVID restrictions, this is a nice hotel, but otherwise, I would recommend staying somewhere else.
