  New, but "meh"

  This is one of the newer Courtyards, and a dual-flagged property at that, with it sharing the building with Fairfield Inn. The facility and complex is new and up to date. On a positive note, the staff was able to accommodate my request for a king room via the chat feature on the app, and did so cordially. In addition, the check-in process was smooth, friendly and efficient. For being a new property, however, I was sort of surprised how uncomfortable my stay was: The mattress was easily the least comfortable bed I've slept on, in several years. Maybe there was something wrong with it...it did squeak a lot, so perhaps it needs some attention. The PTAC unit rattled loudly every time the compressor kicked in. At one point, I removed the plastic cover to try and mitigate this, but the rattling was deep within the unit. This is one of my top 5 hotel pet peeves. Additionally, there was no way to run the fan alone, without AC, to provide circulation and white noise without cooling. Room was an oversized king, but the lighting was insufficient for the mass of unused space in the middle, and not enough to overpower the grey motif. The "Courtyard Couch", also known as the odd, crescent shaped thing in the corner is also riduclous and uncomfortable. There's literally no position one can sit in that makes sense for either working or relaxing. These are in most new Courtyards now, so this isn't within this property's control, necessarily. All lobby computers either required a password, or were not connected to the Internet. I needed to print something, but could not as the computers were simply not working...all 3 of them. The bed and the HVAC really are the pressing issues in room 530. I usually leave hotels refreshed and ready to conquer the day. That was not the case in either of my 3 days.

  Great location, incredible staff!

  I stay at this about once a month for business and it never disappoints! The property is consistently clean and the staff is outstanding. Everyone welcomes you, from the front desk, Jeremy, Bridgette, Vanessa, Breanna, to the Bistro team, LeLe , Ms. Q and Desmond to the houskeeping staff, Ms. Nichelle and the maintenance, Rico! This morning while I having breakfast, Ms. Nichelle walked into the dining area greeted everyone with a resounding, "Good morning EVERYONE!" This warmed my heart - reminded me of a pleasant hello can really start your day! Thank you Ms. Nichelle, and thanks to Jeremy and the entire staff who do such an outstanding job. See you soon!

  Nice hotel

  This is a new hotel, staff was friendly, clean, comfortable beds. A short drive to downtown Atlanta. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again. Located near restaurants. This was a short girls getaway trip.

  Immaculate

  A beautiful property right off of 20. Backs up to woods and the outdoor courtyard is serene. The pool area is very relaxing. Clean and very stringent virus protocol. The staff are excellent, clearly well trained. Refrigerator and microwave in every room. The other guests were not as good about wearing masks and staying 6 feet away despite numerous signs. However, the manger herself showed us how we could come and go from our room without passing through the lobby or using the elevator. We will stay here again.

  Just bad all around

  The room was worn. The wall and floor construction is very poor and you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The bed was very hard, but also had divots worn where people had slept. Carpet and wallpaper had large stains. The AC/heat didnt work well and had to be controlled from the unit and not the wall thermostat. Limited towels in the room. The people above also made a lot of noise late at night for 2 1/2 hours. It was reported to the front desk after 45 minutes and they did nothing.
