  Excellent customer service. I was very pleased to welcome my guest into this hotel

  Letecia and Ervin was very hospital, friendly and always willing to help. I loved my visit at the Courtyard Marriot Conyers Hotel. They went above and beyond to make my guest feel appreciated. I would diffently recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Reliable, reliable, reliable

  Nice restaurant area with plenty of seating! Room was very predictable and fine. Good to have a reliable Courtyard while traveling on business. A number of restaurants nearby. Very quiet and safe. Friendly staff too.

  Not up to par

  Sorry to say this is not up to Marriotts standards. Check in was fine. Down hill from there. Hall, elevator not very clean. Covid cleaning standards as posted on Marriotts website not met. Our room appeared to be ok at first glance. Would have liked to wash my hands however no soap. No toiletries, limited towels, no hair dryer, refrigerator does not work, no cups, no tissues, coffee but no coffee maker. Bathroom floor sticky, yuck! Could not see in bathroom mirror, streaked and hazy. Sorry Marriott, need to get it together!

  Definitely NOT A Standard Marriott Hotel

  Ive been here 1 week and it hasnt been that great. There is NO free WiFi and even the paid Internet doesnt work that well. Ive contacted the employees, the manager, and was even put in touch with IT support from India. Nothing has solved this issue. The staff say theyve received a number of complains but they cant do anything about it. Apparently, they need a part to fix it. Even logging in with a Marriott Bonvoy account doesnt get you internet. Laundry services are also advertised as available here. Unfortunately, that isnt the case. Oh yes, you can wash your clothes. However, youll have to hang them all over your room to dry them! Apparently, they need a part to fix the dryer. Of course, due to Covid the pool and fitness area are closed. They place only 1 towel and 1 soap in your room upon check-in, and housekeeping doesnt stock/clean your room daily, but only every few days. When they do, they do so very loudly by allowing the deadbolt to slam repeatedly as them enter and exit rooms. This wouldnt be an issue but they do so starting at 6 in the morning. I guess the quiet please tag on the doors dont mean much. In addition, none of the rooms have microwaves. There is a mini-frig, though. The staff overall is friendly, many dont wear masks. They provide supplies when asked and the room is clean. However, it would be nice if they would get the hotel up to par with other Marriott standards.

  Not Following Cleaning Guidelines; Entire Room Noticeably Dirty & Beds Extremely Uncomfortable; Not Family Friendly

  My family sold our home in Conyers and are relocating. We stayed here 1 out of 4 nights while in between houses and it was one of the worst stays of my life! Holiday Inn Covington is a vast improvement!
