  Nice but a tad noisy

  Like all courtyards the property was extra clean. Everything felt spotless and new. Parking was close by and easy. Staff was super friendly. Two things that could be better. 1. The bistro was closed. So no lunch or dinner on property. Since thats why I chose this hotel when booking I was disappointed. Noisy. Ive never experienced this at a courtyard. I can hear every car that drives by. Its not a highway but a very busy street. I can also hear every sound from the room next door. And they arent loud. As I was typing this I heard my neighbors soft cough. Tip: ask for a room on the back of hotel. That may help a lot.

  Front desk was great

  Just to come into Alpharetta for a get away. This Courtyard was good. Front desk personnel was great and proficient. You have a request they was on it quickly. Now the only problem I would say is the the room was perfect with the newly modern look, real nice flat screen tv but the bathroom they should took that into consideration as well. The water pressure from the shower in my room could have been a little stronger. Now the hot water loved it(lol). You have nice restaurants nearby and of course my Walmart right up the street. I would stay again and even though I have been a rewards member for 12 years.

  Plesant Stacaycation

  Front desk associates pretty friendly, lobby clean & updated, but the rooms 351 & 355 bathroom needs attention. My mom took a rag & wiped the tub out & it was filthy & my bathroom tub had hair in it. Road noise was a bit much at times, but tolerable. Overall a pleasant stay.

  HORRIBLE

  i checked into the marriott hotel on 8/29/20. The associate that checked me in was remarkable! However the once i got ready to take a shower i noticed there was hair everywhere and the tub still had dirt stains !! So i decided to go down to the front desk, and i spoke with Angela who was NOT empathetic at all. I showed her the photos of the tub and told her how dissatisfied i was. And she said there was nothing she could do. She had to inform the GM. the lack of empathy was mind blowing. Were in the middle of a pandemic and she showed no remorse what so ever. She forward my messages over to the GM who agreed to give me a $10 credit. Im highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this management. This room should have been checked throughly, and i should trust that the hotel took the necessary steps to keep each room clean. f the staff did not clean the tub whos to say they really changed the sheets ?? This is very disturbing how this management and associate went about this. I will NEVER come to this hotel again!!!

  Extremely Helpful Staff

  My wife and I stayed here for three days. We were impressed with the facility and staff. There was one very friendly staff person in particular named Angela who remained helpful despite my constant questions. We witnessed her take graceful and professional patience with several guests who were rude with her about covid restrictions. We will certainly be making this our choice hotel for future Atlanta visits.
