  Comfy bed, nice size room, good shower pressure

  I stayed here overnight on a trip just passing through, the room was a nice size, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean - very good shower pressure. There were spots on the carpet in the room like from cigarette burns but it seemed clean. A mask was required in the lobby and public areas. The Bistro and pool were closed - it might not have impacted my decision on where to stay, but it would have been nice to know that when making the reservation online. It was quiet, I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or outside. The location is convenient, close to the freeway, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  Visit

  Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly,excellent at recommending trails and restaurants. Close to shopping and movie theater. Will definitely stay again. Excited to see your remodel.

  Old Hotel in Need Of Updates

  I found the Courtyard in Altoona to have scratched furniture and stain on the sofa. The heating unit put out a smell and is old and needs servicing. The cafe is closed due to the pandemic. I hope it will be updated.

  Extremely disappointing

  My friend that was traveling with me was given a key to my room without any verification and without my permission. The front desk agent(Sherril) was rude when I brought it to her attention. Also the manager in the morning sid nothing but make an excuse for such a huge safety issue. The Hotel room was also in need of an upgrade had huge pieces or wood missing from desk and stains on the carpet.

  Clean, Quiet and Hospitable

  Enjoyed a night at the Courtyard and found it exemplary. The staff was warm and gracious, the décor colorful and stimulating, the rooms immaculate, copious and very well designed. Adjacent to the convention center, the hotel is also convenient to many of the area attractions.
