  Office manager and front desk manager need train

  How to review situations and a Jep ically approve on how to talk to customers how to explain their rules compare to other rules on other major hotel they need to give people more sympathy and to their conversation they don't have no sympathy at all we couldn't arrive altogether because of travel airplane issues and they would not cancel a Room knowing that the weather was back and the timing was off for planes in the United States no and that the small planes are not flying due to the fact that the government shadam down or because they had accidents in other countries so day decided that they would not let playing travel stop them from collect them and taken money then I haven't even signed any authorization to for them to even take my money that's why they need to be watched closely because if they tell you one price online they would do another price in person and a you don't sign anything at the front desk Poor place I rather for people to drive 13 miles estate a better hotel would another better management II will next time

  great meeting

  Attended a meeting there and hotel staff were very helpful with setting up. Little hard to find but just needed to follow signs to get to the downtown area off of I-94. Parking was very easy to find and plenty of activities taking place in close proximity to hotel.

  Overnight stay

  This is a beautiful new hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious with a luxury bathroom. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up and moving. They did not offer complimentary breakfast but they do have a bar with food for all times of the day.

  What a great hotel

  This is one of the nicest Courtyard hotels we have ever stayed in. I would say it is nicer than most Marriott hotels. It is a relatively new property. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Staff was super nice. A great small bar/ bistro in lobby. We loved our stay.

  College trip

  The hotel is wonderful. The staff is super friendly. The entire hotel is super clean. Our room was perfect and bed was comfortable. My daughter used the pool which wasn't large but she liked it. The workout room is new and has lots to chose from. This may look like a marketing review but it is not. I have traveled a lot and I will stay at this hotel again the next time I am in town. There is also a brewery down the street that has great burgers.
