  Nice but stupid covid

  Hotel was very nice. Clean and updated. Rooms were large and very accommodating to business travelers with work desks. The tv was too small for the large room. There was a fridge and refrigerator in the room. The hotel has a little market with snacks, drinks and some microwave meals. Due to covid the pool was closed. I dont really understand why because all over other states indoor pools (in hotels) are open. No breakfast was serviced and no maid service. I did get extra towels from the front desk. Im sure they are short staffed due to covid, but management folding towels in the lobby was a little unprofessional. They were nice enough to give us a late check out since my daughter was recovering from surgery. Overall I would stay here again if I was in the area.

  Convenient to the Ohio to Erie Trail

  This is, for better or worse, one of the very few hotels available in the Akron area for cyclists wishing a hotel night close to the Ohio to Erie Trail. Happily we had a pretty good experience here. The rooms were bright and cheery, fairly good sized, clean and very functional. The shower was especially nice and large, with no curtain to fuss with. The hotel is convenient to several food/drinking establishments, especially if one is willing to walk 10 or 15 minutes up toward Market Street where there are additional choices. Main drawback in our stay was that the breakfast service was slow and the food quality a little off, due at least in part to the fact that they were short staffed, so the person taking orders had to pause and cook the food as well. Everything considered, it was a good place to stay, and at least for this COVID period, came at a very good price for a near-downtown location.

  COOL .. CLEAN... awesome stay!!

  This hotel is a newer hotel and very hip. I did my research before booking here and even though its a category three it felt like a category five Marriott after what we had just come from in Lexington. This was an absolute delightful stay and we stayed for two nights. Friendly staff and walking distance to some hip markets delis pizzerias and shops. We stayed in the fall time so the leaves were beautiful and we had a view of a fun outdoor courtyard dining area that was decorated beautifully. There is a nice train that runs in the back that goes into the woods and its just a dreamy corner of Akron Oh

  Good hotel

  Good place for business travel. Fun bar attached. Staff friendly and made check in/out easy. Stayed 4x for business, was as expected and solid. Breakfast good selection and quality as well. If need to go back for business, would stay there again.
