  Convenient and Good hotel near Mito train station

  Directions: Walked from Mito Train Station took approx 15 mins initially. After famalized, typically should take 5-10 mins without luggage. Used GPS and walk south. (1) Turn to road on the left after passing bridge (over a river) Then walk straight about 5 mins. One should be there or whereabouts. (2) OR walk further down slightly and turn left after reaching 7-11 afterwards one may see McDonalds and Royal Hosts before the hotel.. Service : Good and friendly. Limited English from the hotel staff but were able to answer the essentials or help by google translations. Check-in and Check out were of zero fuss. Luggage Storage available. Coined-vending washing machines were available. (Did not use) Value : Very good. Booked from Agoda. Budget pricing for a Semi Double Room compared to other nearby hotels. Strong Wifi signal inside the rooms Sleep Quality: Very Good. No serious disturbance. Cleanliness: Good. No issue. Location: Very good. Closed to train station. Route to hotel is direct and safe at night. Near 7-11 McDonalds Royal Host etc. Wendy's Restaurant is situated right beside the hotel entrance. Rooms : Semi Double Room. Able to accommodate two if necessary. Space is enough for single occupant. TV was ok, Japanese channels though. Heater worked ok. Electric Kettle. A small Fridge were available in the room. Toilet/bathroom facility space was good enough for medium sized guy. Daily clean up or room service was ok. Overall : Very Good Stay. Would consider staying again if around Mito.

  The rooms were compact but enough for a single person or business traveller. There's a Denny's on the ground floor which is convenient. It's also a short walk to the station. My main criticism would be the Saturday room rate is quite excessive for what it is but the mid week rates were reasonable

  Excellent value for price paid

  A night in Mito was chosen for a pit stop between Tokyo and Motegi. Incredibly cheap (SGD22 per night for two pax) for Japan. No gripes, very clean. Small place yes, but has everything youd need including kettle, hair dryer and toiletries. Id be sure to check out other Court Hotels should there be a requirement for a quick night stay.

  Clean and Tidy

  We stayed here for 2 nights during the MotoGP. Value for money isnt there at all during this time period but to be expected at $280 au + per night. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes amongst other things. Linen was clean. Rooms compact but clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and they played the rugby in the lobby so that was a bonus. Good stay with the exception of the smell, even in a non smoking room.

  Stinky, dated and very small

  You can get used to small Japanese hotel rooms but not the stink of cigarette smoke in the room which made it very unpleasant. Bathroom was one of those cruise ship units with some ingenious plumbing for the shower. Best part of the hotel was, unfortunately, the connected Denny's restaurant!
