  Dirty run down business hotel

  This was the hotel with the worst room on our Japan trip with two kids. Quite expensive, even compared to 3 star in Tokyo and 4 star in Osaka, a really dirty room with old and broken furniture. Carpets were so dirty you did not want to walk in the room without shoes. Air condition loud and without temperature control, mold in the bathroom. Converted smokers floor (5th floor, 501). No Wifi in room OR lobby, staff does not speak English. I made pictures and will upload, sadly only 10 ...

  Could have been much better

  I was actually shocked when hotel staff told me that they dont wifi internet service. it would be nice if hotel invest some money to make tourists have communication channels like internet service for free which is now a norm globally. Apart from this, hotel is in central tenjin area close to many attractions & shopping areas. Bus stations are very closeby and nearest Subway stations are anywhere between 5 mn to 15 minute walking distance. Toilet & room are very big and good furniture for japanese hotel sizes.

  Buena localizacion, pero necesita un repaso.

  El hotel esta en un sitio para hacer compras en la zona de Tenjin y Canal City, pero tiene un defecto muy importante para mi: huele a tabaco, incluso en las habitaciones de no fumadores (hay ceniceros, de todas formas). La moqueta y el baño necesitan una renovacion y la puerta de los ascensores es, digamoslo asi, algo agresiva. Pero las camas son excelentes, nuevas, muy muy comodas. Eso compensa bastante todo lo demas.

  Cheap business hotel, but the room is large enough and the location is perfect!

  I stayed two hotels in this stay, and ever stayed more than ten hotels in the past. But in my opinion, this hotel is the best considering the price, location and the room area. This hotel stand between the "Nakasu area", many restaurant for eating Japanese stuff and alchol, and the "Tenjin area", many shops for clothes and art and varieties. You can go every major place in Hakata by walking less than ten minutes. It will be great time hanging out from this hotel, with just wallet, and go "yatai-style restaurant, and many restaurants or shops. In the morning, there are two good coffee stands near this hotel. Stereo Coffee and Manu Coffee. I loved drinking morning coffee at these shops.

  Great location

  Stayed for 2 nights in March. The location is very good, max 10-15 mins walking distance from every tourist attraction within the city, very close to the nightlife. The room was standard japanize size. There is 7/11 convini store in the hotel building which is very good. The elevator is a little bit annoying because it stopped every time on the 2nd floor (where the reception is) but thats not really important.
