  don't expect a quick response if any from the reservations department, despite a promise from the web page of receiving a reply within 72 hours I've given up on trying to book a room with the guest lodge despite numerous attempts to contact them directly. Emails have also gone unanswered apart from booking.com who apologised for on behalf of the management team for the poor service (non response) of the reservation department. After 5 days I decided to book alternative accommodation which was confirmed on line within 10 minutes this is something that Country Link Guest Lodge could learn from.
