  Overnight stay

  Had very positive experience. I have mobility issues and nothing was a problem. The disabled room was taken but nothing was an issue and I was so well looked after. Our evening meal was delivered at no extra cost and a chair made available for the shower

  Ideal stop-off on route to/from Sydney.

  Awe found this a convenient stop off on the route to Sydney. A nice friendly motel with attentive staff and a warm welcome. Food and drink was good and served in a clean restaurant and bar area. Room delivery service was also available at small delivery charge. Our room was a good family size with a double bed and two singles but the decor and furniture was a little tired.

  Amazing Staff & Location

  This hotel is the perfect 1/2 way stop , arrived 1pm and our room was ready , dropped of our luggage and then went over to the Big Banana to check it out. The parking spots are nice and wide even when SUV are parked in them and side by side. This save you from trying to get parking at the bIg banana that is super busy.The big banana has a host of amusements and a water park to check out plus the cafe and the photo in front of the big banana. After we were finished at the Big Banana we had an enjoyable time in the salt water pool onsite. My children like to have a glass of milk at night and i couldnt find anywhere to buy it so i ask the extremely friendly reception and they sold me a bottle of milk, which allowed us to keep the car parked. From reviews on this site we decided to the try the onsite restaurant and it did not disappoint, The menu states the food is sourced locally and you could taste it. The food was great as was the service, they even brought my youngest child a colouring book with pencils and stickers to keep. The room was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I would definitely reccomend this place and would stay here again.

  Passing through, but next time will keep driving.

  Did not meet my expectations. Fridge had take away food and drink containers from previous occupants. Not good during Covid times. One corner of the bed didnt have feet on it, so when you laid down that part of the bed tipped and was on a terrible angle. A quick look under revealed this had been repaired numerous times. Thats frankly not good enough. The basics of a motel are clean and tidy rooms with a comfortable bed, thats all I wanted and thats not what I got. Pool is great.

  Dirty and smelly

  Driving north overnight stay. Walked into the room and the stale odour was overwhelming! Smelt like old cigarette smoke. Went to the bathroom the toilet lid had long dark hairs on it.....I have short fair hair.....I went to wipe my hands on the handtowel and to my horror it looked like it had been the cloth the cleaner used to clean the bathroom and toilet, bathmat and towels not much better... Hop into bed which I might add was quite comfortable and there is 1970's phone on the bedside table covered in dust and someone elses hair all over the handset, it was disgusting! Very noisy right on the highway which I guess for some is very convenient. They have pet rooms I would suggest they turn it into a pet resort. Will not be back... mentioned state of room on checkout...receptionist seemed shocked....maybe they dont check theirs staffs work, perhaps they should
