  Hotel on the beach

  Cottesloe Hotel is in Marine Parade, on Cottesloe Beach. Accommodation is available, it's around four star level. You can hear the surf murmuring at night, which is very restful. It's not as well-known as the nearby Ocean Beach Hotel (OBH) but it's around the same standard. It's main selling point is that it's on the beach.

  Recommend the Ocean View apartment

  Normally we stay at the OBH for its convenient location but we were meeting our daughter at the Cott for dinner so we thought we'd enquire about a night's stay at the Hotel instead. We were pleasantly surprised about the rate and they gave us two Ocean View Room side by side : ) What more could you want. We were very impressed with the room straight away. The Hotel is very cosy and old style charm. The outdoor area felt very private and relaxing. You could sit there for hours listening to the waves crashing on the beach. We immediately wished we could have stayed longer. The bathroom looked recently renovated and everything including the Bed were super comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly, especially Pravin and the cleaner and waitstaff. We will be sure to stay again.

  A quick visit

  We sadly just stayed for one night but wish we had more time. Our room was clean and quiet even with 2 engagement parties happening around us. Very secure and safe at night. Comfy bed and friendly helpful staff. Other reviews say how noisy it is at night especially on weekends - it was super busy but our room was quiet. If you want a quiet room dont go for one above the bar area. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Perhaps some USB power points would be helpful (especially if your like and and forget your charger )

  Letting me down WA

  Good spot but 2 bar servers to a packed pub is terrible. 45 minute wait on food. If its going to be sunny, and theres an event on the beach... put more staff on. More food and beverage sold the more money you make... simple business really.

  1 night stay Cottesloe to Rotto swim Eve

  We arrived the evening before the Cott to Rotto swim as family member swimming. We booked for convenience & you cant get more convenient than directly across the road from the beach! Parking was a little tricky on the Friday evening but we eventually found a side street nearby to leave our car. We were welcomed at reception by pleasant staff member & given our room key & directions. Room was as expected, neat & tidy, clean modern bathroom. It def suited our requirements. We enjoyed the beer garden for food & beverages, staff everywhere friendly & helpful. We did encounter some problems with the hot water but concerns were handled efficiently & room rate modified to reflect inconvenience. We understand problems arise, its how they are handled that is key & we left feeling satisfied. We would love to return again for an extended stay & get a room with a balcony. Hotel does not advertise as 5 star & it is not a brand new establishment. It is a well maintained beachfront property with a positive culture. Absolutely recommend for a stay near the beach.
