  Perfect for just the two of you !

  No 6 has all the facilities and amenities you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. A kitchen when you want to eat at home and the cafes within walking distance when it is time to eat out ! The unit has a comfy lounge with great heating for winter and ac and fans for summer. The bed is comfy and the bathroom amazing. Even a European laundry for extended stays. Easy access to the main street and esplanade. This place is the complete package in a Cottage for two.

  Overpriced. Looks nothing like the photos on website.

  Not what we was expecting for paying $155 .Soon as we arrived my wife had to ask to have the cigarettes and butts in the to be remove from the entrance of our room. Rooms looked dated and then there is message that the use of using the spa bath would be charged a extra $30 then another note that we be charged another $30 for using the gas heater. Then we looked inside the dishwasher and stove and it is unhygienic for use. The staff that greeted us was unprofessional grooming and attire.

  Highly Disappointed, will never go back. Please don't waste your money like we did

  I don't even know where to begin. the pictures on the website are so outdated in regards to the garden. Everything is now overgrown and not maintained. we were told on arrival that we didn't have a washing machine or a dryer in our room even though that's what we agreed on. We were in number 7, which in the hallway is a door that remains locked but leads into an area which staff use throughout the day. we could hear majority of what was going on so dint feel privet to us. our bathroom had not been cleaned properly with the glass you put your toothbrush in all filthy at the bottom. the cupboard underneath was all moldy. stains on the floor. as well as out fridge was being held up by a door stop and had no side holders where u would place you milk etc. as they were broken. the shower was dirty my partner even wore thongs in the shower cause we were that worried. The wine glasses they provided next to the spa has a crack in the bottom of it. my side table next to the bed leant as soon as you put anything so little as a phone on it. oh and the carpet has snail trails on them. we were meant to stay for three nights built left after two. when going to the manager to bring this to his attention he didn't seem to care that we were leaving didn't care to ask why after we said we were unhappy with the stay and not what we wanted.

  Nothing like what was advertised

  We booked 2 nights in a 'Superior Apartment' with spa. Warning bells started as we pulled into the drive and saw the weeds growing up between the racks in the concrete and the paint peeling off the sign pointing to the office. At the office, I was told we had been given cottage 7 and the keys were on the table outside the door to the cottage. The table, had seen better decades as had the two weathered and worn seats around it. The area smelt damp and musty. Once inside, it was a complete disappointment and nothing like the photos on the website. The lounge area had a strong smell and the bedroom smelt damp.and musty. I wish I'd taken photos. We didn't even take our bags out of the car. I returned the keys to the office and told the manager that there was no way we could sleep in there with that smell. he relied that they had had a plumber in to fix it. I didn't wait for a further explanation and left. About 5 minutes later he sent a text offering another cottage instead. If what we had been given was a 'Superior Apartment', there was no way I was going to opt for another, so politely declined. I wasn't offered any form of refund and didn't ask for one. It was my fault for not checking reviews. We ended up staying in a new, neat, tidy and convenient apartment for $10 more than we threw away on this place.

  Not as advertised

  My husband and I have just returned from a stay at cottages for two. My daughter and her husband were due to go but unfortunately he ended up in hospital. My daughter rang to see if she could change the dates of her stay. She was told that she was booked in for the Friday and that was that. Plus the day she rang we were still in lockdown so her ask should have been accommodated. On arrival at cottages for two the garden is nothing like the accompanying photos on this site or any of the other sites that are advertising this property. The garden is just weeds. It really is shocking as weed killer is not dear to buy. Upon entering the office its like going into a dungeon. So dark and uninviting and definitely seen better days. The gentleman that checked us in wasnt very friendly or neatly dressed. We were allocated unit 6. The position was good as down the bottom so away from the main road. If they thought wed cook on the bar be cue provided they could think again. It was really dirty and full off oil. Outside appearance not at all inviting table and chairs ready for the tip. I wouldnt have trusted the chairs. On entering the unit it looked clean and tidy but on further inspection found it to be quite grubby. All around the bath black mould. Unmatching towels of very poor quality. The bed was very firm and each of the couches had pieces of wood under the cushions. After our initial arrival we didnt see the owners again and they never spoke or came to see if everything was
