  So disappointed so unprofessional

  I have been there on 15/02/2020 I have booked from 3 weeks before arrival , at the reception was a middle age woman from Greece very very bad attitude and unprofessional she said to us is full the hotel and she will going to send us in other place and we were shocked if the hotel was full why you let us book and pay from 3 weeks before ,also we have booked sea view room but our room was side sea view we complained and she changed the room the time we were about to sign the form she had loud speaker on her mobile and she didnt care about us and the woman on the phone was crying and screaming,the water wasnt hot at all the kitchen staff were so damaged that was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole life we said we wanna leave she said we dont give the money back so they forced us to stay there Im highly recommending you never try this hotel never ever they are unprofessional And scum

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not recommend at all! I had call and asked if there is a sea view room with a double bed(not too beds as one and confirmed about it) and breakfast and the woman said yes, but i needed to pay for that asap as it was still available, so i went after 2-3 hours and paid. However when i went there the man in reception told that the breakfast is not included in that price, but on phone the woman said included. I said its ok and i paid, didn't really mind it. BUT at our arrival, i got on a big unpleasant surprise! I got a room facing the next building and a two beds. We went to the receptionist and the woman started giving stupid excuses and talking with BIG BAD attitude! She said it was the only one left and the hotel was already fully booked and they were thinking to send as to another hotel but she could send as to the next one(again balcony facing next building). I explained that i already paid for that 2 weeks ago and they should inform me if it was already free or full. Then i insisted that i booked and paid extra for the sea view double bed. The again stupid excuses! She said don't give too much attention to that man and that things can change last minute(YES BY TAKING MONEY AND NOT INFORMING). Then we took all our stuff and asked for money refund as we didn't find and expected what we paid and the woman took out the money but then immediately refused to give and said talk with manager and eventually offered the AVAILABLE room i paid but with two beds. Because of the whole story we got really tired and upset we accepted but i already said i will give review for that. She replied in a very sarcastic way''Ok, give!''. As we entered the room, we faced other issues. Toaster was having melt signs(from heating and looked not safe for use), the main living room window was whistle loud because windy, and on the living room we heard a loud noise of something felt down really bad and it was the wall heater. Mentioning the uncovered Main Electrics and POOR WiFi on all these. We were shocked! As we were trying to have a rest and sleeping they start to call from reception and got scared in the middle of our sleep. We answered and they were looking wrong person. After going out that RUDE woman start being sarcastic and said that we chose you(couple) to stay and to move to another hotel, because you are of this nationality (ALSO RACIST) and that the price normally of the sea view double is more than we paid(tried to make as feel guilty, that we did the mistake and she is doing as a FAVOR). The worst experience i ever had so far!

  Perfect location

  Myself and my hubby stayed 10 days and we loved every minute,staff were wonderful very helpful day and night,, no pool ...but the best beach and sea on your doorstep.we ate out as we were self catering and after all who wants to cook on holiday but we did cook our breakfast haha well hubby did..if COVID is over by September we will be staying another 10 day and I cant wait rooms may be dated if you want the ritz then pay there prices

  Kind service! Issued a full refund

  This hotel's service is very kind. They canceled my booking and issued a full refund for a non refundable reservation, due to the COVID 19 crisis. I will stay they in the future for sure! Going to rebook as soon as it will be possible.

  Nope nope nope.

  We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel advertises free parking ?? They dont even Have a car park ???? Check is was speedy and early so we were well impressed. Reception looks kinda ok but thats where it ends. The room was really really outdated. The kitchen was dirty and the surfaces and sink was full of stains. The glasses were dirty and a couple had cracks down them. The bathroom was possibly the worst I have ever seen. The sink top was held on by filler and the toilet was full of nasty stains. The bedroom looks NOTHING like the web images. We had long dark hairs in the bed. Grim. The view was great If you hung over the edge of the balcony. Otherwise it was another buildings wall. The aircon couldnt cope and make such a horrendous noise. We basically had to barricade ourselves into the bedroom so the aircon didnt have to burn itself out. The area isnt really great either. The better part is the other side. The reception team were lovely when we checked in. After that they kept their heads down !! Wonder why !!! The next day we had a family of ants visit us in the kitchen. Not a great stay. Wasnt expensive but goes to show. You get what you pay for.
