  excelente descanso en la playa

  fuimos una semana despues de haber pasado 8 dias en NYC , la vista de los departamentos es inmejorable, el ventanal a la playa , poder desayunar mirando el mar ,o por la tarde toamr una cerveza en la terraza disfrutando de la vista es maravilloso. Salis de la piscina a la playa !!! La habitacion es muy amplia, la cama matrimonial enorme , tiene caja de seguridad en la habitacion con costo extra. El sofa cama del living es matrimonial es bien amplio , mis hijos adolescentes durmieron muy bien . La vajilla completa , con lavavajillas y microondas. Horno . en el complejo hay un lavadero que funciona con monedas las maquinas de lavado y secado . tienen un servicio de cafe gratis en la playa casi todo el dia. A una cuadra hay 2 supermercados chicos pero completos para comprar cosas para el desayuno. A una cuadra el muelle con varios restaurant muy bonitos y con mucha onda. La piscina es linda, quizas podria estar climatizada para los dias mas frescos.

  MUY BUENA OPCION

  -Estuvimos en pareja en may.o 2014 por 14 noches, Tenemos que cuidar nuestra comida del consumo de sodio. Nos resultó muy comodo prepararnos casi todo o comprar ensaladas listas para condimentar y utilizar también la barbacoa si no queríamos hacer nada en la cocina o al horno. Disfrutamos la playa que es excelente aunque el tiempo no acompañó como otras veces, ya que estuvo algo ventoso.La tranquilidad y seguridad está a toda prueba. Buena limpieza y atención.

  Puro relax, como siempre.

  Volvemos cada año. Es un lugar tranquilo y sencillo pero que reúne todas las condiciones para descansar y que siempre funciona bien. Vista al mar desde la habitación. Playa y piscina a un paso. Compras y relax.

  Extremely disappointed!

  I was so looking forward to my stay at Costa Del Sol in Lauderdale By The Sea the week after Thanksgiving. I had traded into the resort through RCI and thrilled to be staying in an oceanfront suite for a much needed, 1 week vacation. Their website notes that this is a luxury oceanfront resort hotel and your view of the ocean is totally unobstructed through walls of glass. Therefore, you can imagine my shock and disbelief when I checked into my suite (#305) and opened the curtains to reveal no view of the ocean through the walls of glass but rather an entire view of a mortar wall about 20 feet from the room! I was shocked and totally disappointed. Immediately, I returned to the front desk where I was told that the manager was on vacation and although there were other suites available, their policy is to not switch rooms. Was told to contact RCI which I did and was told there was nothing they could do as it is the resorts policy. The next morning I returned to the front desk where the attendant confirmed there were 5 vacant suites and that she would try and contact the manager about moving me to another suite. I found some solace when I went out on the deck and saw a sliver of the ocean off to the left. Front facing was the wall and to the right was a view into the 3rd floor hallway. I waited all day for a call from the manager or the front desk but the call never came! I decided to check out a day early and stopped in the managers office on my way out as I wanted to express my concern. He was not in but I talked to the manager in charge of guest services who appeared to fully understand my concerns and responded that she was unsure why the matter had not come to her attention and assured me that she would follow up and get back to me. Two weeks passed and no follow up so I called and left a voicemail message as the guest relations manager was not available. That call went unanswered and a week later I called again and left another message. She returned my call the next day reporting only that this was the policy of the resort and there was nothing she could do. She was far more accommodating when we spoke in person and the lack of customer service during this call was unsettling. As noted previously, this resort advertises that the view of the ocean is totally unobstructed through a wall of glass. While that is true for the majority of the suites, it could not have been any further from the truth when it came to the view from my suite. The experience made for a disappointing stay. Given the pandemic and that there were at least 5 suites that remained vacant during my entire stay, there was is absolutely no excuse for them not accommodate my request to be transferred to another suite! I want to note that I stayed at the Windjammer Resort last year in an oceanfront suite and at the Driftwood Beach Club the year before. Those stays were through RCI and the customer service at both resorts was exceptional.

  Great Family Friendly Property

  We used this timeshare as a remote work/school environment for myself and the kids. The wi-fi was not stable enough for this purpose, but the people were friendly, the place was clean and the location was amazing. Great unit with a well stocked kitchen. Short walk to restaurants and Walgreens. Perfect location - away from the noise, but only a short walk to everything we needed. Would definitely go back.
