  Horrible hotel!

  Arrived at hotel late, the guy at reception was rude and very unhelpful from the start, keys given and told to go right room found omg, its small, dark, the chair only had 1 arm, you cant swing a cat in there we also had an extra bed. Unhelpful guy on reception told me hotel is full and he couldnt move us, our view was overlooking waste ground, where all the stray cats & dogs live. Food: breakfast was ok, I only had eggs everyday not much choice for any meal tbh. We ate out for over half of our holiday, their vision of A.I is a joke, beer vodka or Gin, and your usual soft drinks. No water given you have to buy it. Entertainment: nothing Pool: never used it, looked clean Maids: their idea of cleaning is nothing like I have ever seen before, from start of our holiday until we checked out, no ashtray provided we had a water bottle with water init for our cigarette butts, and that was used for 10days -Disgusting! Nothing was cleaned, no rubbish taken out of the room, towels changed and thats it. Beach & sunbeds Sunbeds were free, the beach is lovely seats very shallow and safe. Towels were being put on the beds early about 7am. Hotel is catered to the Eastern Europes guests! I would not return

  will not return.

  For all inclusive, very poor, as other reviewers note , food was well below average, and always cold! , so didn't eat there much at all. Rooms were dated, cleaning consisted of changing sheets/towels, no removal of rubbish. Wifi very poor. only advantage was it wsa right on the beach. (drank / ate more in the bar/restaraunt next door)

  Definitely not a 4*!

  When arriving we were given a room on the first floor, there is no lift and we have a buggy and a 1 year old, we had paid for a sea view French balcony and we were given a completely different room, one of the poles on the balcony was missing so a child could easily fit through, we had to pay extra for a room we had already paid for and chose to be on the ground floor due to there not being a lift, The new room had a better view and more space but was still as dirty and dangerous as the first, plug sockets hanging out the wall, plaster and paint flaking off the walls, mould and dirt in the shower, We had requested a cot which wasnt in the room and they didnt have one so had to get one from a different hotel, once we got it it was disgusting and dirty and had mould on one side of it, The shower leaks leaving a massive puddle everytime you use it, The hotel isnt very child/family friendly, we were constantly carrying the buggy down steps out of the front of the hotel or steep slopes out the back, The all inclusive food times are very limited, drinks dont start till 10am, there are no snacks throughout the day unless you want cake from 4-5pm and there isnt much selection of food but it is ok if you dont mind it cold, The beach isnt much of a beach, it is covered in stones and fag butts, not very sandy, The wifi doesnt even work, one of us couldnt even connect and the other could connect but even then nothing loads, The only positive thing about the hotel is the staff, they are very friendly but during a pandemic they were too touchy with our one year old, I was shocked as when reading the reviews before we came the majority of them were good but we met a woman who had already been to the hotel twice previously and said it was amazing but this time its very run down and completely different which would explain the good reviews compared to how it actually is. Due to everything stated we ended up booking an early flight home on the Wednesday when we wasnt due to fly home until the Saturday, I definitely wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Poor quality,low standards

  Food very poor quality, not many options; drinks again,only the cheap one; guests not respecting social distance,not having face covered. Rooms with old furniture. Not a 4 star hotel, about 2 star max!!!

  We come back !

  Costa Bitezhan hotel the Location is unbeatable, room is not big but you don't need more then that, the owner is so friendly & Berin whose really helpful and friendly, all that makes your holidays unfortunately! thank you for everything!
