  Great location and good price

  The hotel is located perfectly on the beach. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Very standard hotel room. Nothing bad, nothing special. Could do with a better shower. Staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming.

  Amazing deluxe seaview

  We were warmly welcomed by the lovely ladies at the reception and was assigned a high floor room for our honeymoon, which has such a great view. Easy beach access, available scooters for rent on site. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Great value for the money, highly recommend!

  Vung Tau

  This was the second hotel we stayed in Vietnam. The first night we were awoken but yelling, music and drunk tourist bus full of men. They kept us awake until 1:30am and they stopped only because we called to complain. After some negotiation with the reception who had very limited english we were finally moved the next morning to the adjoining Nolis hotel where they put us on the 12th floor. After this our time there improved. Both our rooms had great views and pretty well maintained. Buffet breakfast was quite nice and the service was good. Hotel pool was quite small but still good as this seems to be the standard size. Location was great and it was easy to use Grab to get to the city centre and restaurants. The hotel was good for what we paid.

  Some Good and Some Bad

  Positive things of choosing this hotel Location to the beach.....directly across the road Swimming pool with s great view and bar Comfortable beds Easy walk to Hon Ba Island and Christ the King Negatives Unwelcoming staff....meaning they are not too friendly More care could be taken on cleanliness.....but this is a reflection of Vietnam anyway....LOW STANDARDS ON MANY LEVELS Plastic flowers dont really enhanced the feeling of any place, let alone a hotel Overall, I would consider somewhere different next time Im in this town And the culture of people just throwing ghe used plastic containers anywhere, and they dnd up on ghe the beach.....needs desperately to change....it is such a bad thing.......FULL STOP

  Good looking hotel but very piss poor service and management

  We found the only good thing about this hotel is that it had good comfortable rooms and beds. But there were many things that will turn us/guests off from ever staying at this hotel again. Firstly, the staff. Main gripe. Totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. My daughter accidentally broke a small bowl at the breakfast dining and the waitress stood there insisting that the broken bowl be paid for upfront even before my wife and accompanied guests started their breakfast, How unprofessional is that? The room we booked was 1.4million + VND I believe and she couldn't let it go and insisted we pay 30k VND for a lousy bowl. My daughter was 9 years old and there was a big crowd at breakfast. Plenty of guests entering the dining area after their romp at the beach. Floors were wet and slippery. The waitress had the gall to say we must pay or it will be taken out of her wages and what she earned was very little. To have the staff having to appeal to my wife like that speaks volumes of how badly incentivised the staff working there are. This hotel will not go far if this is the case. The room although was good, it had very very poor sound insulation. The noisy guests outside the corridors were certainly felt by the occupants of their guest rooms. My wife and other guests with her could not have a peaceful rest. Totally unacceptable. My wife visited the hotel in mid-October 2019. Really overpriced and poorly managed. Staff very badly trained at hospitality management. Avoid this hotel at all cost!
