  Limpio, amplio y bien ubicado

  Si bien es un lugar usualmente usado para viajes de negocios, nosotros nos quedamos allí varias semanas. Nos quedamos en una habitación que en realidad era un apartamento, muy amplio y limpio (para que limpien es necesario dejar las llaves, y pueden limpiar hasta después de la hora de almuerzo). La cama es muy cómoda, y está alejado de la avenida principal por lo que no es ruidoso. El desayuno varía cada día y es bastante sabroso. Está ubicado en una zona segura, relativamente alejado del casco antiguo de Pune, pero cerca de muchas zonas comerciales y restaurantes. Para ir al casco histórico basta tomar locomoción, que es muy barata. Como puntos bajos, la conexión de Wifi es bastante lenta. Tampoco es un lugar barato, aunque como ya dije es limpio y amplio, lo que puede justificar con creces los valores.

  A good place gone awfully bad

  Used to be a good place at one time when it was under Treebo. I was allotted a room whose door lock knob was missing and AC didnt work. Then the room was changed. In the other room the LCD TV screen had gone bad. Only voice can be heard. The bathroom was pathetic. Faucets must not have been cleant in decades. Water just barely trickles from the tap and jet spray. The bathroom door has NO LOCK!! So beware if your travelling as a couple!! The less said about the breakfast the better. I understand they dont have a kitchen and used to source it from outside. But what is served is pathetic taste and ice cold (imagine eating cold poha!!) To add to that someone else must have ordered coffee and mineral bottle of water which was written under my room number! Thankfully the gentleman didnt make me pay for it. I have stayed in this property twice earlier. But this stay has put me off totally never to return there unless they revamp it totally. The hotel is located in such a serene locality that it can be a pleasure to stay there. Their rooms are also quite spacious and otherwise good. But they need to maintain it eons better. Otherwise its a case of a good property gone bad.

  Corporate stay ,service apartment without any service.

  Good Points:Excellent location,away from the main road in serene environment.The room and toilet are very spacious. Bad points:Room service and house keeping is horrible. We checked in on 28th afternoon.the tea kettle was not working.there were no tea/coffee/sugar sachets.No.cups/glasses.after repeated follow-up the same could be arranged in 2hrs.the staff is unprofessional. Breakfast:it was not well spread out breakfast.only 3 items were there.the quantities of respective items were insufficient to meet the demand.the customers were totally unhappy with the service.it was like begging for items.on behalf of the customers,I discussed the issue with the manager,kulkarni.instead of listening to the issues,he started misbehaving and used very aggressive language.we had booked for 4 days but in view of the poor service,we checked out after 2 days,only.i do not recommend this apartment to anybody.however,if anybody wants to stay,they should book without breakfast and should arrange their own kettle,tea coffee sugar sachets.if they improve their service,it can certainly be a good place to stay.

  Not so great

  Hotel looks different in pictures and different in reality Service is sad as most of the nthg you ask for they say no Basic things was not made available in the room like basic tolitries. Location is decent but avoid if you can it's not good

  Amazing experience - Wedding functions and Guest stay

  It has been quite a while since we organized our wedding functions and guest stay at the Corporate Stay, Baner. We hosted our guests coming from all around the globe at this small and beautiful hotel. Even though we could have easily gone for a bigger hotel setup but we felt that hosting marriage guests at huge hotels lacks in much needed personal touch. Usually bigger hotels have multiple set of guests to tend to viz. corporate, family, wedding etc. and it all turns out to be a huge mix up. We wanted a more homely place where the guests feel at home and the staff treats them as though it is a marriage at their own home. And Corporate Stay totally met those expectations. The location was a big plus - a proper residential colony well connected to Baner Road and Mumbai Highway made it easy for all guests to reach the place without much guidance. The staff was simply incredible - We wanted to host multiple pre-wedding ceremonies in a traditional Kashmiri way and the staff went totally out of the way to arrange all that was needed to give a traditional Kashmiri flavor to a marriage in Pune. During our hunt for a proper place to host guests during marriage, we were almost fed up either with the properties or the behaviors. But Corporate stay was a different experience right at the very first look. The place is full of positive aura maybe one big reason for that is that it is owned and managed by good set of spiritually inclined people. When we approached Keswani uncle who owns Corporate Stay, he was gracious to welcome us to the place and blessed us with a very positive attitude. When we told that we are searching for a suitable place to host marriage guests and functions with very niche requirements, he simply said - We will do it here, Don't worry. Everything will be take care of. That's it. We rested all our worries. He introduced us to Priyanka who manages the service apartment hotel and she turned out to be the most professional, helpful and lively person that we had ever dealt with. She had a very solution oriented approach and any special request we had, she would find out a solution one way or the other. She listened to all our requirements (it meant having numerous meetings & discussions) and was involved right from the beginning till the completion of the entire event as though it was a marriage at her own home. It speaks volumes about the level of involvement shown by the entire staff at Corporate Stay. The cooks deserve a special mention. A couple of bright young men from Uttarakhand who went really out of the way to arrange food and flavors to suit our taste. We were very particular about the taste of few items like Rajma & Paneer and they made it taste as though it was a marriage held in northern part of the country. They suggested some really great starters & other items for menu and the guests found them so yummy that almost everyone had twice their usual portions :) The Food layout also was so nicely done that nobody had to guide the Guests. They were so much at home with everything. The rooms were setup in the most welcoming manner. The sit out areas in the hotel were set up in the most beautiful and comfortable manner. The eagerly helped with the decor. They even organized special Mist Fans to make the whole setup seem like it was at a hill station :) For our Sangeet ceremony, on our request they arranged a traditional Kashmiri seating setup. Guests had option to sit on the baithak or chairs as per their wish which everyone liked. They even helped setup the Live sound system for musical performances. The waiters, helpers, administrative staff - almost everyone was on their toes for our entire stay there and attended to even the smallest guest needs. Our relatives particularly few who had travelled from abroad were very generous in their praise for the entire arrangement. Overall, our guest left with a very big smile and incredible memories. They even went on to say that the arrangements turned out to be way more comfortable and better than arrangements in our hometown. That itself speaks of the kind of service we received at Corporate Stay, Baner. I am sure with the grace of God, we are going to have my younger brother's wedding functions and stay arrangements also at Corporate Stay, Baner very soon. Keep up the great work.
