  We stayed at Hotel Corona in Milano Marittima beginning of August and left after a few days. We love Milano Marittima and we highly recommend it for a holiday within friends (lots of bars/attractions/very nice shops) or with children (a lot of things to do with children too): you can do long walks on the beach or get a bike and cycle in the pineta, very nice to meet the shadow in the afternoon. Anyway, we booked at the Hotel Corona which has some pros and cons: PROS: - very good location right close to the pedestrian area but enough far from bars not to hear the music - quite close to the beach (you get special prices at the beach, and the "bagno" is nice)- a very nice swimmingpool with beds and umbrellas - nice common areas on the ground floor - good food - sea view from the room CONS: - the hotel has a very poor parking, we had to leave our car a few bloks ahead - the street is quite noisy, we cannot stay at the pool for long because of the noise - very poor bike equipment with only 3 bikes for the whole hotel => we just achieved to have the bike once in a week!! - the hotel ground floor must have been renovated recently, but not the rest: the lift would break once a day, the stairs had an hospital look, and the rooms were very poorly decorated, even though big. Very small bathroom with shower and the worst bed I ever had! Very bad bed. - staff seems helpful but they do not know much (ex: where are the cinemas, what shows are on, etcetc) We decided never to go back. we had a very good time in Milano Marittima but defintely the hotel id not worth what we paid.
