  Basic but adequate.

  Clean linen and renovated bathroom but we needed to wipe down benches and cabinets....grubby. Good breakfast arrangements in Breakfast Room. Easy to find.close to supermarket. Would we go back.....yes.

  The worst motel I have ever stayed in

  This is a budget motel, but it is not worth even the $80 we had to pay for an overnight stay. The ONLY good thing about is that it is close to Avalon airport if getting an early flight. The room we had was right next to the freeway - it sounded like we were on a racetrack all night. There was a door out to the balcony, on which there were 8 empty beer bottles and 6 beer cans neatly stacked up - maybe for decorative purposes?! The room was tiny, incredibly run down and dirty and I kept having to wash my hands (in the grotty bathroom), as I wasn't sure what germs would be lurking where! The bed was small and uncomfortable, although the sheets did at least look clean (not so sure about the bedspread cover though). The next door room to us had a hole in the door where it looked like someone had kicked it in. Will NEVER go back!!

  Cheap for a reason

  Booked this motel as it was close to where we needed to be and read well on other sites. Reception man friendly and helpful on check in. Found the linen on the single bed stained with who knows what at 12am when pulling back the covers after coming home from a function. Too late to contact housekeeping for clean sheet! Son slept on the covers. Shower curtain covered in mould down the sides and at the base. Dont use a white curtain if your not going to clean/change it regularly. Bed head covered in thick dust, allergy prone husband so had to wipe down all the bed head, that thick you could write your name in it. Approached reception in the morning who said the sheets come from the linen company that way...perhaps tell your cleaning staff not to use clearly stained sheets on the beds as its not good for your reputation. Apart from the room being dirty, the beds were very comfortable. Next time, Ill be spending the extra $20-30 and going elsewhere.

  Great Motel and in a very good location.

  Very friendly management and staff. Room clean and tidy. Plenty of tea , coffee etc. Excellent for those who have a pet. ie Pet friendly. Excellent complimentary breakfast provided - good range of juices, breads and cereals.

  cheap and basic

  very basic room, king size bed was very comfy. tea and coffee facilities were excellent. room service was an unexpected bonus and the family room for breakfast was lovely. If you just need to crash for the night is adequate
