    Clean blankets and sheets please...??

The only good thing about this place was its location (there's a bus stop nearby) and the fact that my friend had a membership card and the price was cheaper compared to other hotels. The lobby looked clean and nice, but the room was very *disappointing* although very spacious... I just hope it's just this one in Jeju that's poorly kept (my mom told me that Korea Condo used to be one of the best back in the days). There were bugs and hairs everywhere, but since it's a condo not a hotel, I didnt complain. Because the bedding set was dirty and so were the towels, I had to go talk to the receptionist who gave me extra towels. So I stayed there for two nights with a friend. On our last day, as we were leaving, we did the dishes, took out trash, and cleaned the room. I took out some of the dirty bedding set and the blankets I used so that the cleaning lady can wash them. ........................To my surprise, the receptionist told me to fold and put back everything into the closet. Otherwise, he said I might get charged extra. So I asked if they ever wash the blankets and the bed sheets. They said their cleaning ladies will decide which ones are dirty and do laundry accordingly. I WANTED TO CRY. No wonder there were dust hairs fur everywhere. ugh. It was a fun experience but I would never go there again with my family. But don't get me wrong, the rooms are really spacious. Just a little too dirty for me :(

    Very very old

The place is not maintained. Mattress has stains that I cannot even describe. The location is great. Pay little more to stay Lotte which is next door. Wifi only works in main lobby. You can consider this to be slightly better than camping ground. ...........

Interesting stay; not for the faint of heart.

3 stars might be too high, but 2 stars definitely too low when factoring in location (right on the cliff overlooking the ocean), cost (less than half that of neighboring properties), and amenities (you get a full kitchen with fridge). The obvious downsides (old age, lack of cleanliness, and strange room setup), do detract from the aforementioned pluses, but depending on what you need this property does serve a purpose. The hotel is set up as a "condo" for short and long-term stays. Ours was a two room suite with a small balcony that overlooked the cliff and the ocean. The front room was a kitchen with eating area and a bed. The other room had a TV on a stand and in the Korean tradition mats that could be laid out to sit on and bedding that could be slept on. We opted to sleep there on multiple pads as the bedroom area of the kitchen was a tad dirty. There two mini marts in the lobby for all your food and drink needs, as well as a buffet restaurant on the 2nd floor that we didn't venture into (no AC!). There is also a travel agent at the hotel and the front desk (in limited English) will do their smiling best to accommodate any specific needs you might have. We were there for a two week conference at the ICC and this hotel puts you closer than just about any of the other properties. If you don't mind roughing it a bit and would like to save your cash for other tourist options then give this place a chance.

    nice hotel

good hotel and friendly and. helpful staff. Nice swimming pool . Very good breakfast. specially the omelette. rooms are okay but gives a cold atmosphere due to the tiles and old decoration of the room. Nice location as it's very close to the airport.
