  Way overpriced, knowing what I'll get would have made me choose a different hotel!

  We stayed in a Corallo suite, which is the most expensive type of room offered in the hotel. The reason we chose this room was mainly due to the fact we wanted to have sea view. Based on the price we paid, I also expected that we'll get a suite as you expect when you book a "suite". In fact, we got a spacious room, which could have been defined as a regular room in other hotels, nothing which is a "suite". We got the explanation that this room (3005) has a single space and not a suite structure but it has a "sea view" as opposed to other rooms in that category. That was true on one hand, but it's important to mention that the sea view is from the smaller balcony which has no facilities in it (such as chairs or a table as in the main one), it is not in front of the bed, but on the side, and it's not much enjoyable as you'd expect from a room with a real sea view. Add to that the following critical issues which you can't expect in any hotel and especially not in a room which costs almost 500 Euros a night (for B&B) and you'll even understand more how frustrating the experience was: 1. We had the smell of a sewage from our bathroom on a constant basis. We complained about it 3 or 4 times during our stay and got the explanation it's due to "weather changes" (we stayed in the hotel in the hottest days in August...). This is unacceptable... 2. Breakfast should be over at 10:30am. Despite of that, in several occasions, when we entered the breakfast room not later than 9:45am, some food options were missing, and we were told they are over (watermelon in one of the days, some cake types in a different day, etc.). This is unacceptable too... 3. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that it's defined as one of the most "family" oriented hotels around. There were indeed many families there (which is not always a pleasant thing...) but the activities for children were very limited, repeated themselves and we almost haven't used them. The instructors are very kind, but it's not even close to activities offered in other "family oriented" hotels... 4. When I expressed my disappointment from our stay when checking out, I was replied "I can do nothing". I really expected getting a discount for this stay, as the issues we faced were repetitive and we didn't keep them to ourselves during the stay. Again, this is not the type of reply I'd expect, even if the room booked was of a much lower and cheaper category, nevertheless the most expensive one! Overall, we tried to enjoy our vacation the most, but felt we were far from getting a good value for the money we paid! I'd recommend looking for better value alternatives, and specifically in Riccione, even the second line hotels will mostly be close enough to the beaches and have sea views, not worse than the ones offered in the Corallo suites.

  Very nice hotel by the beach of Riccione.

  The hotel has 2 parts/wings - one by the beach with the external pools and the second is on the other side of the street (there's a bridge/upper passing over it between them), including the reception and spa. I've arrived on a business trip for 3 nights and stayed at room 310 which is actually a junior suite with partial sea views from both windows and balcony. The room was well equipped, but without free mineral water or coffee machine. There were 2 small TV sets but almost no channels other than Italian... Breakfast was rather good, but the food selection was the same all 3 days of my stay. There's a spa which looks very nice but I didn't have the chance to check it (entrance is 24 for 3 hours). To sum it up, it is a good place to stay mainly during spring and summer when all facilities are available including the external pools.

  Nice stay overall - would come back again

  A nice hotel with all the amenities that one would need either on a vacation or on a business trip. I stayed there for 4 nights and found the hotel as under: Pros - The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are nice and spacious and all the electrical and water points work as desired. - The breakfast buffet is quite large. It has all sorts of dishes. It lacks more of vegetarian options though, but no complaints. - The staff is very friendly and goes out of the way to help you. - The location is good - about 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop is close by. - The beds are nice - though could be a little more firmer. Cons - There is no electric kettle and ready to use iron board in the room. - The neighbourhood gets very lonely at night time in winters. There is hardly any nightlife at walking distance and not many shops remain open after 7 PM. Over all a good stay. I will like to come back here again.

  Nice stay overall - would love to come back again in summers

  Just loved it ,great location ,Very Helpful staff , And access between both the wings is one of its kind in riccione. spa is also amazing. The room was well equipped, but without free mineral water or coffee machine. There was TV set but almost no channels other than Italian... Breakfast was rather good, but the food selection was the same all 3 days of my stay and very less vegetarian and vegan options.
