  Perfect spot for getaway

  We decided to meet other family members here in December as a mutually convenient location with mild weather. We had a 3 BR with full kitchen and laundry within the unit. Although the property is not elegant, it is very nice and well kept. The condo accommodated 6 adults very comfortably. The property is ideally located within walking distance ( 3 blocks) to the beach, and there are restaurants, stores, essentials within a block or two. We also golfed on the island and found two nice courses at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this location to families and adult travelers of any age.

  Great stay!

  We stayed here through RCI timeshare. Building J apparently was re-done so we had an awesome refinished one bedroom apartment. The hot tub was a great addition! It was chilly the week we were there so the pools were not utilized. They offered activities/crafts in the clubhouse for a small fee, totally worth it. All of the start up kits were just right for the week. Hotel is close to supermarkets and shopping. Would recommend!

  HHI in December

  Overall it is in a great location, with everything you need (restaurants, grocery stores, the new park, beach) easily within walking distance. The activities they offer are greatbingo and free drinks/food was a blast. However, there are a couple of downsides. One, we specifically picked this resort for the HEATED pool. While the lazy river, splash pad and hot tub facilities are really nice at this resort, the one reason we specifically booked this place for (the heated pool) wasnt working. We asked about it multiple times, and the response was Maintenance has been informed. Within the entire week we were there, it still hadnt been fixed. The other is the noise. It seemed like the people above us we running around and slamming doors all night. Im sure they weren't, but the walls seem incredibly thin and you can hear everything. Other than that, the condo itself was lean and well stocked.

  Coral Sands North

  We had a three bedroom unit. It was clean, well maintained, very well located to beach and groceries/restaurants, friendly staff, quiet, roomy, plenty of convenient parking, and a well stocked kitchen. We had a ball via automobile and bicycle. This was a deal not to be missed.

  Spacious, quiet and clean

  We had a 3 bedroom unit in Section A. Although there were only the two of us we could see that the uint would be suitible for full use of the bedrooms, all of which we Queen or King Size beds. The mattress was good quality, not to hard. Good size dining and living room. Overlooked the pool which might be noisy in the peak season, but was quiet in January. There is a large public park next door with an apparently new and extensive play ground area for those with small children. Was about a quarter mile walk to the beach but it is through the public beach parking lot and then a short sidewalk to the public beach entrance with restrooms and a small water splash park for kids. The unit had a full kitchen with all the basics. Ice maker in the fridge. Its is next door to a small shopping area with a pizza place etc. (great breakfast place kind of a hidden gem, Southern Coney, great pancakes). Other restuarants nearby, both family type and a couple of more adult upscale places. Didn't really use any of the resort amenities, lots of golf nearby. Since we stayed over a Sunday it was nice that the Catholic Church was also closeby. Made a couple of day trips to Savannah, about 45 mintues away on secondary roads. If you are military or retired I highly recommend the golf course at the Marine Corp Base at Parris Island, was the best Military Course I have ever played. About a hour drive but also low key. My only complaint about Hilton Head is they have a $1.25 toll each way to come and go off the Island. Seems kind of cheesy, maybe all those retirees who live there don't want to pay to repair their own roads. Would stay here again.
