nice sanaWe stayed at the Coral reef for eight nights . The hotel is beautifully and nice location, but perfectly formed! There is a lovely swimming pool with sun beds . The rooms were spacious, and very clean, with a really comfortable bed! no blanket but weather is normal. if you ask extra bed sheet you can have recently thanks all housekeeping who made clean in my room and wonderful decoration. wifi at the bar area only, The location is amazing, on a quite part of the island, . The beach is beautiful, with some great white sands, you can walk up to the reef to see star fish and marine life. The staff were very helpful, restaurant staff is amazing charming and friendly thank you Mudi and your staff(lucy..bless..iren..zai..ajrah) you made my hollyday good and unforgettable nice afrcan food, nice romantic dinner in swimingpool at my special day me and my love Overall, we had a great time at Coral reef,, and will definitely be going back

SOME THINGS DEFINITELY SHOULD CHANGEWe stayed there for 10 days in the begging of November. Booked a tour package with breakfast included. The hotel locates right next to the ocean and if you are lucky you might get a villa right on the beach! THE NICEST EXPERIENCE WEVE GOT GROM THE HOTEL is communicating with one of the workers. His name in HAGI and he is the most helpful person with very beautiful soul that we met on entire island. He really cares of what he is doing and he really does it for people! He speaks really good English and helped us with any situation we struggled with. From cutting the pineapple properly to curing me being iinjured by urchin or finging for us a scooter to rent! Very polite and friendly provided us amazing service I wish I could say that it was all that amazing, however here is more information I want to to keep in mind.. VILLA: The villa weve got (114) was upstairs but still had a little of an ocean view. It was very large: two bedroom, dining area, and king of a living room. However, the furniture was not that neat as I would like it to be and bathrooms needs some updates too. But not a big deal and Hakuna Matata When we arrived the room was nicely decorated with flowers but the terrace wasnt cleaned after previous guests. MANAGEMENT: It was a big mess while we checking in. We arrived with a group of tourists are we were getting our keys one by one. The lady who was hosting us informed everyone thats we have to pay 10$ per person city tax. We were with 2 of us and gave her 50$ expecting 30$ back and even she had change to give us straight away, she refused to do it and asked to come later. Later on we checked with the agency that city tax is 1$ per person per night which makes 18$ for two for 9 nights. We came to her and asked to make it clear. She said thats its per day, not per night. But come on, I have enough travel experience to know how such things work. However, she brought us change and 2$ on top. Second weird situation happened with here was when we lost our coconut We came to the room and found out the one coconut id gone from the table. The thing we worried about was not particularly about the coconut but about the safety of our stuff and about the way the hotel personnel in solving the problem. And spoiler: turned out the the cleaning ladies put in the fridge (yeh, we didnt check it). But before we found it I came to talk to her about the situation. She was saying something like it was opened or rotter (actually untouched and probably 3 days after it came from the palm tree) , so thats why they probably threw it away. There were a few more not really nice talks. But luckily we found it in the fridge was the problem was no longer worthy to talk about. FOOD | BREAKFAST: Served as buffet, starts early morning which is really good! First days where was bigger variety of food. Omelette which you order, vegetables, some pastry and local thing kind of a pancake (delicious!), fruit they brought on a plate for every guest. Day by day some meals were disappearing. Some day no vegetables, another no pastry, another none of the both. FOOD l A LA CARTE We were offered the Menu of the day for 10$ per person. It includes salad, hot meal and fruit as the desserts. The quality was really good and octopus was just 11/10! Anyway, our stay was good. Hakuna matata vibe works and the ocean sounds makes you think about how wonderful your life is and not about these little disappointing things I mentioned above. I believe that after pandemic such places which live from tourism has to do their best to survive now. So they take a huge responsibility on themselves for the well-being of the country even because they directly shape my mind about the country itself. And my bad experience will make me tell my friends not to come and it perfectly works other way around. Hope the owner understands it and will change the attitude to the guests (even though weve got a pretty low cost deal) at least a little. So I could recommend not just a country but the hotel too!

Best avoidedBeachfront rooms are ok. But the garden ones are appalling, no working AC, stuffy and humid. The property is huge and not well taken care of. Reception is empty. Food is average. Location is bad. You'll have to get a car to get to places. The beach is a disappointment also. Lots of Russian guests. One couple was having sex right on the sunbed in the evening in front of other people and the hotel didn't do anything about it! and that's in a Muslim country. All in all you're better off staying somewhere else
