  Poor , poor , poor Unit 204 , Building 2

  Rented Coral Falls Unit 204 , Building 2, for three weeks thru Island Escapes from Marco Island. First, went to the Dropbox for the keys and grabbed our envelope. Wrong condo, wrong keys. Contacted the emergency number and after some time problem was rectified. Arrived at the right condo , place was in poor condition, Stained carpets, not clean , coffee maker disgusting, numerous other issues. Went to go for a swim as we had a long drive and they gave us the wrong pool key. Went to do a load of laundry , the washer worked , but the dryer knob was busted. Also, the shades to the lanai were broken and could not easily be drawn back. After three days with numerous phone calls , major problems were rectified. A great start to our vacation. During our stay a HVAC technician without any previous notice banged on our door one morning and advised he was here to perform maintenance on the AC system, another annoyance. Outside areas were well taken care of, pool, grounds, etc. Inside another story. Wish the place was in fair condition when we arrived, would have made a difference to the start of our vacation. It stinks when you have to spend a few hours cleaning after you pay exorbitant prices for these units. Contacted Island Escapes at the end of our vacation and advised them we would never rent thru them ever !!!! No rebate, no discussion of some money back for our troubles and time . Never again !

  PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION

  I opted for Coral Falls as I am extremely familiar with the area having been a Naples resident for several years. Coral Falls is located right between the pristine beaches of Marco Island (about 20 minutes south including parking) and all that Naples has to offer (about 20-25 minutes northeast). In addition, there is a commercial area just a few blocks south of the resort that features several restaurants including Texas Roadhouse and Carabba's) as well as some fast food places and a Starbucks. There is a Publix as well. Further north up 951 is a 24-hour Walmart. We found the pool and spa to be sparkling a day refreshing, and the permanent residents friendly and inviting. The only suggestion I could have for the pool area is to add a couple more tables with umbrellas - there were just two and I imagine during the busier months of the year those go fast. The grounds are meticulously kept. I would not hesitate to return here with my children. We had a blast!

  Not for family fun.

  This is a condo rental. The owners are all elderly snowbirds that resent units being rented out. They are unfriendly to guests and make using amenities unpleasant. Please check the rules before staying here. Owners can be confrontational with guests, particularly about children in the pool and elevator. NO NOISE, NO TOYS.

  too many rules

  My wife and I vacationed here for a few weeks. The place is well kept up, with beautiful landscaping and pool area, and the location is good. Unfortunately many of the older residents do not like children and will not hesitate to scold your kids or grandkids if they break one of the many rules this place has. The people who run this place clearly do not like children. So that pretty much rules out having the grandkids visit if you decide to come here for winter. Ir's sad that a few miserable elderly residents can make it so unpleasant for others! Also, I don't know why this is listed as a hotel, it's a condominium. You'd be better off going to a hotel!

  Very clean, well equipped 2 bedroom condo. Very convenient with several restaurants & grocery within walking distance. Also a good midpoint (either direction) to go over to Marco Island or Naples beaches and entertainment venues.
