  Perfect accomodation and hosts!

  We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a very friendly welcome andorange juice while they got our room ready as we were very early. They gave us a free umbrella for chrissi island which was great. Free fruit, great hotel breakfast. Book here. Clean modern and friendly staff!!

  Calm holidays

  Nice small hotel in the center of this town. Staff really great and polite. The romme are nice and especially the superior room with a big balcony and a great view to the sea!!! If you want to avoid crowded places in Crete yiu should check Ierapetra and of course this Hotel!!!

  Great little boutique hotel

  A clean small intimate spot in the center of busy Ierapetra on Crete, very near the beach and the restaurants. Ideal for singles and couples. The staff, as everywhere in Greece ( more or less ), is extremely helpful and kind. The owners are always nearby to supervise. Room service is impeccable. The breakfast is so-so unless you request an English one. On a scale of one to ten I would give it 9.

  Pictures not always are as they seem

  Even before arriving we felt a bit under pressure: the hotel sent us an email two days before and the day before as well, telling welcome and that the check in would have been till 9 pm. At 7.55 pm they called us asking where we were and how long we would have taken to reach the hotel. Normally I call in case of delay, this is a bit too stress. We stayed here for two nights, one room for three (double bed and single bed). The room is small for three persons: there is the fridge, a very small wardrobe (enough for one person), no extra pillows. The toilet is very, very small: shower at the corner with the glass door that must be moved very very carefully (I got one in my hand twice). Toilets floor was always full of water, some kind of problem with the drain that we preferred not to investigate. The first day we exited for breakfast having a walk on the beautiful Harbour, it is was 9 am. At 9.40 we came back: beds already done, towels have not been changed. I did not put the card make the room please, as we exited for a while. I had to ask for the towels change and the reception told me that the towels would have been already changed once, I replied that no towels have been changed yet. But finally they changed. Some personnel are very kind, some other not so much. What we appreciated is the location, close to the boat Harbour and to a free parking. The second day we had breakfast at the hotel: breakfast is really good. In case I suggest to have breakfast at the hotel: complete, big and more affordable than the bar on the Harbour. We expected definitely more from a butik hotel, this is a standard hotel

  The award goes to... the photographer!

  Really, the photogapher deserves an award for all their beautiful pictures of the hotel, that however, do not depict the sad reality. We booked a room with a view of the sea, llike the ones displayed in the images. We were given one on the first floor, next to the bathroom, which had no balcony. The "splendid" smell made us leave. Fortunately, we ended up in a wonderful hotel about 100 meters away and it made up for all the trouble.
